يترقب آلاف المستفيدين من شيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية إعلان عن موعد صرف الدفعة الجديدة للعام 2020، وسط أنباء محلية عن تحديد موعد لصرف الدفعة الأولى.
لكن ” فلسطين نيوز ” سارعت للتأكد من صحة ما يتم تداوله حول موعد الصرف، ليؤكد مصدر خاص لها في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، عدم إعلان الوزارة حتى اللحظة بشكل رسمي عن تاريخ الصرف، ولا حتى يوجد آلية صرف أو إن كان هناك حجب لبعض الأسماء أو لا.
وأفادت وسائل إعلام محلية، نقلاً عن مصادر أسمتها مطلعة، بأن الصرف الدفعة الأولى والجديدة لشيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية سيكون في مطلع مارس القادم، بشكل موحد في غزة والضفة.
وكان وزير التنمية الاجتماعية، أحمد مجدلاني، قال في وقت سابق، إن الوزارة تدرس خيار تحويل صرف دفعات الشؤون الاجتماعية بشكل شهري بدلاً من صرفها مرة كل 3 شهور، لافتاً إلى أن وزارته تعمل بشكل دوري على مراجعة المحجوبين من الشيكات.
وأوضح مجدلاني لإذاعة “صوت القدس”، أن برنامج مخصصات الشؤون المالية تعمل وفق معادلة تقوم على عدة معايير من بينها توفر حد أدنى للأسرة، وعدد أفراد الأسرة، وحجم الإعالة، بالإضافة لمؤشرات أخرى تحدد ما إذا كانت الأسرى ستستمر ضمن برنامج مخصصات الشؤون أو الخروج منها.
وبين أن الدفعة الأخيرة شملت 106 آلاف أسرة، من بينها 71 ألف أسرة في قطاع غزة، و35 ألف أخرى في الضفة المحتلة.
