تفاصيل مروعة تنشر للمرة الأولى .. هكذا اغتيل نزار بنات

نشر المركز الفلسطيني لاستقلال المحاماة والقضاء “مساواة”، وقائع الجريمة التي أودت بحياة الناشط نزار بنات وفقاً لما ورد في لائحة الاتهام التي تُليت على المتهمين في الجلسة الأولى من المحكمة.

ووفق ما نشر “مساواة”، فانه بالتحقيق تبين أنه وبتاريخ 24/6/2021 وحوالي الساعة الثالثة فجراً تحركت قوة من جهاز الأمن الوقائي في محافظة الخليل مكونة من المتهمين الأربعة عشر وذلك من أجل إلقاء القبض على المجني عليه نزار خليل محمد بنات، مستندين بذلك على أمر عمليات صادر بتاريخ 23/6/2021م ومذكرة إحضار صادرة عن النيابة العامة المدنية وموجهة إلى مدير شرطة الخليل وصادرة بتاريخ 4/5/2021م عن رئيس النيابة العامة المدنية /دورا.

وتابعت: حيث تم تحديد مكان تواجد المجني عليه في المنطقة الجنوبية في جبل جوهر حارة الصرصورية في منزل مستأجر، حيث وصلت القوة التي تحركت بأربع مركبات إحداها سيارة من نوع هونداي آكسنت لون فضي حكومية والثانية من نوع بيجو (306) لون فضي والثالثة من نوع سكودا فابيا لون أبيض والرابعة نوع بولو لون سكني، الى المنزل المتواجد به المجني عليه وفور وصولهم المنزل قام عدد منهم بفتح الأباجور الخاص بالشباك بواسطة عتلة حديدية والدخول الى المنزل ولم يعرفوا عن أنفسهم وفتح الباب لباقي القوة.

وجاء أيضاً، قام متهمان من القوة بالتوجه الى الشهود الذين كانوا ينامون بجانب المجني عليه ورشهم بغاز الفلفل ووضع المسدسات على رؤوسهم والطلب منهم بعد الحركة أو النهوض عن الفرشة وأثناء ذلك كان أحد أفراد القوة قد توجه إلى فرشة المجني عليه وكان يحمل بيده عتلة حديدية وبعد أن تأكد من هوية المجني عليه قام بضربه على رأسه أكثر من مرة بواسطة العتلة الحديدية ومن ثم انهال عليه بالضرب على باقي أنحاء جسمه، وعندها قام باقي المتهمين الذين دخلوا إلى المنزل بالاشتراك بضرب المجني عليه بشراسة بواسطة عتلات وعصي وأكعاب المسدسات وبالأيدي والأرجل وسحبه عن الفرشة التي ينام عليها على الأرض وخلع ملابسه العلوية (بلوزة وفانيلا) والاعتداء عليه وهو نائم على ظهره وقاموا بقلبه على بطنه ووضع القيود الحديدية بيديه من الخلف مع الاستمرار بضربه ومن ثم رشه بالغاز بشكل مباشر وهو مقيد وعندها قام أحد المتهمين الذي كان يرتدي فيست عليها شعار الأمن الوقائي وقال لهم “كملو” وفعلا استمروا بالاعتداء عليه ومن ثم قاموا برفعه وضرب رأسه بعامود بناء (شمعة) داخل المنزل،

ومن ثم قاموا بإخراج المجني عليه خارج المنزل فوقع منهم على الباب فقاموا بسحبه من أقدامه الى الخارج واقتياده باتجاه المركبات ثم دخل المنزل مرة أخرى حوالي خمسة متهمين وقاموا بتفتيشه ومصادرة لاب توب وستاند كاميرا وهاتف وتعود ملكيتها للمجني عليه كانت موجودة في الشقة، وأن المجني عليه لا يستطيع الوقوف على أقدامه أثناء إخراجه من المنزل فقاموا بالإمساك به وأخرجوه إلى المركبة البولو لون سكني مع الاستمرار بالاعتداء عليه خلال إصعاده الى المركبة وقام أحد المتهمين بضرب المجني عليه بيده ورجله واستمروا بالاعتداء عليه. وأثناء تحرك المركبة قام أحد المتهمين والذي كان يمسك مسدس بيده بالعودة الى المركبة البولو الموجود فيها المجني عليه والاعتداء عليه بواسطة كعب المسدس من خلال إدخال يده إلى داخل شباك المركبة الخلفي وضربه بواسطة كعب المسدس عدة ضربات

وغادرت القوة المكان في حوالي الساعة 3:23 فجراً وتوجهت إلى مديرية الأمن الوقائي في الخليل ووصلت المركبة البولو ذات اللون االسكني إلى مديرية الأمن الوقائي في الخليل بحوالي الساعة 3:32 فجراً وأدخلوا المجني عليه إلى داخل سور المديرية وتوقفوا أمام مبنى المديرية الرئيسي وقاموا بفتح أبواب المركبة ولم يقوموا بإنزال المجني عليه من المركبة البولو التي أحضروه بها لأكثر من ثلاثة دقائق ثم قاموا بإنزاله من المركبة وحمله من يديه ورجليه ووضعه على مدخل مديرية الأمن الوقائي وقام أحد المتهمين بالاتصال إلى متهم أخر الذي كان بالقرب من مدخل المديرية وأبلغه بحالة المجني عليه وقاموا بالاتصال على مدير العمليات وأبلغوه بحالة المجني عليه فطلب منهم على الفور نقله الى المستشفى إلا أن المتهمين قاموا بإدخال المجني عليه محمولا من يديه ورجليه الى داخل المديرية ووضعه في قاعة الاستقبال بالطابق الأول وبقي المجني عليه لمدة خمسة دقائق بالقاعة ومن ثم قاموا بنقله حوالي الساعة 3:46 فجرا الى مستشفى الخليل الحكومي (عاليه) حيث وصلوا المستشفى حوالي الساعة 3:50 فجراً وأدخلوه الى قسم الطوارئ ولم يكن هناك أي علامات حيوية للحياة على المجني عليه وتم محاولة انعاشه لأكثر من أربعين دقيقة من قبل الأطباء دون جدوى لتعلن وفاته بعد ذلك.

وبعد إجراء الصفة التشريحية تبين أن سبب الوفاة هي الصدمة الإصابية (الرضحية) الناجمة عن الإصابات المتعددة والتي تسببت بحدوث فشل قلبي تنفسي حاد، وأن المتهمين بذلك قد خالفوا أيضا التعليمات المستدامة من قبل قيادة جهاز الأمن الوقائي والمستندة على مدونة قواعد استخدام القوة والأسلحة النارية لمنتسبي قوى الأمن الفلسطينية الصادرة عن وزير الداخلية في الاعم 2011م وتعليمات مدير العمليات ومدير الأمن الوقائي في محافظة الخليل بنقل المجني عليه فوراً إلى المستشفى.
