إعلان توظيف صادر عن  المجمع الصناعي الحديث يعلن فيه عن توفر شاغر وظيفي في مجال المحاسبة

مع مراعاة توفر الشروط التالية في المتقدمين للوظيفة الشاغرة .

– المسمى الوظيفي : محاسب/ة 

الوصف الوظيفي والمهام :

– إعداد وصياغة التقارير المالية الدورية والمشاريع لتقدم سير العمل .

– متابعة المبيعات والمشتريات وآليات التسعير بدقة .

– متابعة الحركات المخزنية واعدادها وضبطها وفق الأصول .

– حساب التكاليف وفق أصول علمية ومحاسبية .

– التعامل مع المستندات المالية وحفظ الأصول .

– إدارة وتنسيق المصروفات اليومية .

– توثيق الدفعات والحركات المالية .

– متابعة الزبائن والموردين .

– القيام بالأعمال الموكلة إليه والمتعلقة بالعمل .

شروط الوظيفة :

– درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة من جامعة معترف بها بتقدير عام لا يقل عن جيد جداً .

– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات عملية في مجال المحاسبة .

– معرفة في ادارة المخازن والمشتريات .

– إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة كشرط أساسي .

– لا يزيد عمر المتقدم عن 35 سنة .

– خبرة في استخدام برامج الحاسوب وحزمة الأوفيس .

– خبرة ممتازة في استخدام برنامج الأصيل المحاسبي .

– أن يكون المتقدم سكان مدينة رفح أو خانيونس .

– الالتزام بأوقات الدوام و مواعيد العمل .

المهارات :

– القدرة على إدارة الوقت .

– القدرة على التواصل والاتصال .

– القدرة على تشخيص المشاكل والابتكار .

– الثقة بالنفس والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار .

– القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل .
