ودعت المسافرين إلى التواجد الساعة 7:00 صباح الأحد، في الصالة الخارجية لمعبر رفح، واصطحاب أمتعتهم للسفر.
ونوهت إلى ضرورة التزام المسافرين بموعد سفرهم حسب الحافلات المدرجة أسماؤهم فيها، وعدم التأخر عنها.
كما أكدت على ضرورة إحضار بطاقة الهوية لجميع المسافرين، وإحضار حجة عدم ممانعة للأطفال من آبائهم أو وكلائهم.
