وأكدت الوزارة على مفتشي المساجد بضرورة متابعة الالتزام تنفيذ القرار كل حسب دائرة اختصاصه، داعيةً المصلين إلى ضرورة الالتزام بالمواقيت وعدم إرباك الإمام والمؤذن وإعانتهما على تنفيذ القرار والمواعيد المذكورة.
وأشارت إلى أن هذا القرار جاء في إطار تقديم صورة حضارية لمساجدنا خاصة في الشهر الفضيل، وحتى لا يلتبس على الناس الأمر ليقوموا بالعبادة على وجهها الأكمل.
