المدة المتوقعة

  • تتراوح مدة الاستشارات من 6 إلى 11 شهرًا ، قابلة للتمديد وفقًا للأداء وتوافر الأموال.
  • ستكون أجر هذه الاستشارات 1600 دولار أمريكي اعتمادًا على توفر الصندوق والمؤهلات والخبرة ذات الصلة.
  • شاغل الوظيفة يمكن أن يكون في أي مجال عمليات الأونروا (غزة ، الأردن ، لبنان ، سوريا ، أو الضفة الغربية).

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

  1. تصميم وصيانة البنية التحتية (البنى التحتية) الخاصة بإدارة وتنسيق المخيمات الخاصة بلجنة التنسيق الدولية والمنظمات الشريكة لها
  2. تصميم وصيانة كائنات نهج المجموعة (GPOs) اللازمة لإدارة أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية
  3. تقديم الدعم واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بشكل متعمق لأي مشكلات تتعلق بـ SCCM (البنية التحتية والعملاء)
  4. تنفيذ نشر وإدارة نظام التشغيل (تسلسل المهام ، حزم برنامج التشغيل ، ZTI ، LTI ، إلخ.)
  5. مراقبة صحة عملاء SCCM واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند الحاجة
  6. إنشاء تقارير SCCM مخصصة
  7. تحديد وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة المستمرة SCCM
  8. وضع الخطوط العريضة وتنفيذ إجراءات التعافي من الكوارث SCCM
  9. تحديد وتنفيذ تفويض إدارة SCCM لمهندسي الدعم من المستوى الأول
  10. قم بإجراء تكوين وإدارة تحديث البرامج
  11. إجراء تكوين وإدارة التحديث من جهة خارجية
  12. العمل على الحوادث والمشكلات والتغييرات والمشاريع التي تتضمن SCCM
  13. تفاعل مع مهندسي منظمات عملاء ICC أثناء تقديم الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه
  14. اتبع المعايير والعمليات المعمول بها
  15. المساعدة في تحسين العمليات والتوثيق كلما لزم الأمر.
  16. تقديم خدمات “الاستعداد” خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات وخارج ساعات العمل العادية كما هو مطلوب
  17. أداء واجبات أخرى قد تكون مطلوبة.

المؤهلات / المهارات الخاصة

  1. درجة جامعية أو درجة ماجستير من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو إدارة المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الكمبيوتر أو هندسة البرمجيات أو إدارة الأعمال أو الإدارة أو التخصصات الأخرى ذات الصلة ؛
  2. ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس وما لا يقل عن 3 سنوات للحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة البنية التحتية لإدارة تكوين مركز نظام Microsoft (SCCM) ، والتي تكون فيها 3 سنوات في الفرع الحالي لـ SCCM.
  3. تجربة مع ترحيل سطح المكتب من Windows 7 و 8 إلى Windows 10
  4. خبرة في إدارة كائنات نهج المجموعة في بيئات سطح المكتب
  5. تجربة مع BitLocker مرغوب فيه
  6. معرفة عملية جيدة بـ SQL
  7. تجربة مع AD ، DNS ، DHCP ، KMS ، PKI ، SQL
  8. تجربة مع Windows Server 2012 و 2016
  9. خبرة في بيئات واسعة النطاق ومعقدة ، لا سيما التطبيقات العالمية
  10. مهارات البرمجة القوية في PowerShell
  11. معرفة قوية بالشبكات
  12. معرفة مبادئ إدارة مستوى الخدمة
  13. مهارات كتابة وثيقة قوية

 

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • معرفة حماية نقطة النهاية
  • معرفة Microsoft Intune
  • تجربة مع مصادقة 802.1x

الشهادات المرغوبة:

  • شهادات Microsoft (SCCM 2012 وما فوق)

  1. القدرة على تحديد الأولويات بشكل فعال وتنفيذ المهام المتعلقة بتغيير الأولويات
  2. اتصال ممتازة والمهارات التنظيمية
  3. مهارات توثيق فنية ممتازة
  4. مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين وخدمة العملاء
  5. الموقف المهني
  6. على استعداد للمشاركة في برنامج دعم عند الطلب 7 × 24 وساعات مرنة ، بما في ذلك بعض عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأمسيات.
