وصل فلسطين نيوز إعلان توظيف صادر عن الأونروا بقطاع غزة تعلن فيه عن وظيفة مهندس موقع Site Engineer للعمل بدائرة البنية التحتية بمكتب غزة الاقليمي .

مهام الوظيفة

• يوفر الإشراف الفني ، ويضمن التزام المقاولين بالرسومات والمواصفات والمواد ، ويمارس مراقبة الجودة.

• يحتفظ بكتاب القياس.

• ترتيبات لاختبار المواد.

• يتخذ خطوات لضمان التزام المقاولين بالجدول الزمني المحدد.

• يحتفظ بمذكرات ، ويسجل التقدم اليومي في البناء.

• إعداد المدفوعات المؤقتة والدفع النهائي المستحق للمقاول.

• الإبلاغ عن أي تناقضات بين وثائق العقد والعمل الذي يقوم به المقاول.

• يؤدي واجبات أخرى قد يتم تعيينها.

– حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول. (مطلوب)

– ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة العملية التي كان ينبغي أن تكون قد أمضيت عامين في الصيانة / أو البناء والإدارة الفنية. (مطلوب)

– إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية أمر ضروري

شروط الخدمة:

• الراتب الأساسي: الراتب الأساسي الشهري من 1448.30 دولارًا .

• ساعات العمل: 37.5 ساعة في الأسبوع.

• قد تتغير مدة العقد والإجازات وشروط الخدمة والمزايا الأخرى حسب نوع العقد.
