خرّجت المديرية العامة للتدريب بوزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني، صباح الخميس، دورتي قادة السرايا والفصائل بمقرها في موقع “أنصار” غرب مدينة غزة.
وحضر حفل التخرج وكيل وزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني اللواء توفيق أبو نعيم ومدير عام المديرية العامة للتدريب العميد محمد خلف وعدد من مدراء الإدارات والوحدات والدوائر والضباط.
وأشاد اللواء توفيق أبو نعيم، بنوعية التدريب الذي يتلقاه منتسبي دورتي قادة السرايا وقادة الفصائل، مُثمناً حجم الجهود التي تبذلها المديرية لتأهيل وتطوير منتسبي الداخلية كلٌ حسب اختصاصه.
وأكّد اللواء أبو نعيم على الحاجة الملحة لتنظيم مثل هذه الدورات لتخريج ضباطا لديهم القدرة على ممارسة مهامهم المنوطة بهم بأسلوب علمي وعملي بمهنية عالية ومواكبة للتطورات العسكرية الحديثة.
بدوره، أكّد مدير إدارة التعليم العقيد د. إسلام شهوان أن الهدف الرئيسي من تنفيذ مثل هذه الدورات التركيز على العلوم الأمنية والعسكرية والقانونية والإدارية، مشيراً إلى انتهاجهم التطوير والارتقاء في كافة المجالات رغم المعيقات.
من جانبه، أوضح مدير إدارة التدريب العقيد ربيع المصري أن منتسبي دورتي قادة السرايا والفصائل تلقوا مهارات تدريبية متقدمة طيلة خمسة شهور من ضمنها معسكر تدريبي مغلق.
وتميزت دورتي قادة السرايا والفصائل بالمواد العملية المتقدمة والمتخصصة مثل هندسة المتفجرات وهندسة الميدان، بالإضافة إلى واجبات الأركان والاستخبارات العسكرية والاستطلاع العسكري والتدريب على كافة أنواع الأسلحة المتوفرة لدى وزارة الداخلية.
كما تلقى المشاركون في الدورتين العديد من المواد النظرية كالعلوم الإدارية وفن القيادة العسكرية ومواد الضبط والربط العسكري بالإضافة إلى اللغة العبرية وسلاح الإشارة.
