علمت “دنيا الوطن”، من مصدر مطلع، أن وكيل وزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني، بغزة، اللواء توفيق أبو نعيم، أصدر تعميماً، وذلك قبيل تقديم استقالته من منصبه، تمهيداً لخوضه انتخابات المجلس التشريعي، بقائمة حركة (حماس).
وأكد أبو نعيم، في التعميم على حُسْن التعامل مع الجمهور، وتقييد بعض الإجراءات القانونية في الفترة المقبلة، وفقاً للمحددات التالية:
أولاً: وقف جميع الحملات الحكومية، وتشمل (المرورية، البلديات، سلطة الأراضي، شركة الكهرباء) إلا للضرورة القصوى، وبقرار خاص من جهة عليا.
ثانياً: تقديم أفضل خدمة للمواطن من خلال تصدير الموظف الأنسب، واستحداث أساليب إبداعية جديدة في التعامل مع المواطنين؛ لضمان تقديم تسهيلات سريعة في إنجاز المعاملات الخاصة بالجمهور.
ثالثاً: وقف أي مداهمات بشكل عام، وخصوصاً البيوت إلا في حالات الضرورة القصوى، التي تتعلق بحماية الحياة فقط.
رابعاً: تقوم الشرطة بواجبها تجاه الجمهور، فيما يتعلق بالمطالبات المالية، دون اعتقالات أو فرض غرامات، وتستبدل ذلك بالنصح والتحذير.
خامساً: العمل على محاسبة المتجاوزين من منتسبي (أجهزتكم/ إداراتكم) بحق المواطنين، وفقاً للأنظمة واللوائح.
وعلمت “دنيا الوطن” من مصادر مطلعة اليوم الأربعاء، بأن عدداً من وكلاء الوزارات في غزة، قدموا استقالاتهم من مناصبهم، لكونهم مرشحين عن قائمة حركة (حماس) للانتخابات التشريعية.
وأوضحت المصادر، أن من أبرز هذه الشخصيات، وكيل وزارة الداخلية، اللواء توفيق أبو نعيم، حيث جرى تكليف اللواء سامي نوفل “أبو الشيماء” بتسيير مهامه.
ومن بين الشخصيات، التي استقالت من مناصبها أيضاً، وكيل وزارة العمل، المهندس إيهاب الغصين، ووكيل وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، الدكتور غازي حمد.
