هل يوجد فرق شاسع بين سلم رواتب موظفي السلطة بالضفة وغزة ؟
نفى الدكتور خالد شاهين، عضو المكتب الحركي الطبي، أن يكون قد صرف لموظفي وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية بغزة، الاستحقاقات القديمة التي على الحكومة.
وقال شاهين : إنه يوجد تقصير ضد موظفي قطاع غزة، وتحديدًا موظفي الصحة، الذين أحيل عدد كبير منهم لما يسمى بالتقاعد المالي، الذي صرح رئيس الوزراء الفلسطيني، محمد اشتية، أنه لا أرضية قانونية له.
وطالب شاهين بمساواة سلم الرواتب لكافة الموظفين ما بين المحافظات الجنوبية والشمالية، كما دعا الرئيس محمود عباس بذلك، لافتًا إلى أنه لا يوجد علاوات لموظفي غزة منذ فترة طويلة، والعلاوات ما بين المنطقتين الفرق بينهما شاسع، لأن العلاوات بالضفة 200%، وعلاوة المخاطرة تُنفذ بالضفة منذ 2016، ولكن لا تُطبق لموظفي الصحة بغزة، وفق تعبيره.
وأشار إلى أن موظفي غزة، لم ينالوا أي حقوق واستحقاقات منذ سنوات، والمطلوب الآن بشكل واضح أن يتم إدراج رواتب واستحقاقات موظفي قطاع غزة، بما فيهم موظفو الصحة في موازنة الحكومة 2020.
