بالصور: إمهال 3 متهمين من قطاع غزة 10 أيام لتسليم أنفسهم
أمهلت المحكمة لعسكرية الدائمة، التابعة لهيئة القضاء العسكري في قطاع غزة اليوم الأربعاء 3 أغسطس 2022، المتهمين حمادة أبو عصعوص، ويوسف الديري وعلاء أبو شلوف عشرة أيام لتسليم أنفسهم.
وأكدت المحكمة العسكرية، أن المتهمين أبو عصعوص يحمل هوية رقم (804406288)، والمتهم الديري يحمل هوية رقم (400653656)، من سكان غزة الصبرة شارع المغربي، وأن المتهم أبو شلوف يحمل هوية رقم (400191128) من سكان رفح جنوب قطاع غزة.
وأكملت أنه على كل من يعلم بمحل وجودهم أن يخبر عنهم، معتبرةً من لا يبلغ عنهم متستراً على مجرم فارّ من وجه العدالة.
ولفتت إلى أنه تم إمهال المتهمين عشرة أيام من تاريخ يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 02/08/2022 لتسليم أنفسهم للقضاء العسكري مشددةً على أنه في حال عدم تسليم نفسه للعدالة، يعتبر فاراً من وجه العدالة وسيتم محاكمته غيابياً.
