الدعليس يتحدث عن رواتب موظفي غزة و مكافئة الثانوية العامة ومستجدات مهمة تخص الموظفين والعقود

ناقشت معه عدة قضايا تهم الموظفين
نقابة الموظفين في القطاع العام تلتقي رئيس متابعة العمل الحكومي.

التقى مجلس إدارة نقابة الموظفين في القطاع العام الأستاذ عصام الدعليس رئيس متابعة العمل الحكومي بحضور م. سهيل مدوخ أمين عام مجلس الوزراء.

وأثنى الدعليس على الدور الكبير الذي يقوم به الموظفين في خدمة المواطنين على اختلاف مواقعهم الحكومية، ووجه لهم التحية على صبرهم صمودهم وحرصهم على تجويد العمل الحكومي وتقديم أفضل الخدمات لأبناء شعبنا الصامد المرابط الذي يعيش تحت وطأة الحصار الظالم منذ سنوات.

وأكد الدعليس أن رئاسة العمل الحكومي تتطلع إلى تحسين الوضع المالي والإداري للموظفين، قائلاً:” أنه في حال توفرت الإمكانيات المادية فلن نتوانى في تحسين وضع موظفي القطاع العام من كافة الجوانب”.

وأكد الدعليس أنه سيتم صرف راتب شهر 9 نهاية الأسبوع الجاري بنفس النسبة والآلية المتبعة في وزارة المالية.

ووعد بالعمل على صرف نسبة الـ 6% الخاصة بالموظفين المتقاعدين الشهر القادم (أكتوبر) مع جدولة المستحقات المتراكمة لهذه النسبة.

وخلال اللقاء تم مناقشة عدد من القضايا التي تهم الموظفين وتم استعراض مشاكهم وهمومهم، والتي من ضمنها مرابحات ما قبل عام 2014 والتي أكد أنها قيد الدراسة وسيتم حسم الأمور حتى نهاية هذا العام كما تم الاتفاق سابقاً.

وأكد الدعليس أنه سيتم قريباً صرف مكافئة الثانوية العامة الخاصة بالدراسات والموازي ومحو الأمية والتمكين.

كما تم مناقشة موضوع موظفي الفئة الثالثة والرابعة، حيث أكد أن القضية منظورة في القضاء وأن الحكومة ستلتزم بما يصدر عن السلطة القضائية في هذا الموضوع، مشيراً إلى أنه سيتم قريباً البدء بمسابقات مدراء الدوائر ورؤساء الأقسام.

وبخصوص ترقيات (المرحلة الثانية) في الشق العسكري أوضح أنه يتم حالياً دراسة الموضوع مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

وطالبت النقابة رئاسة متابعة العمل الحكومي بتوسيع استفادة الموظفين من المستحقات، حيث تم الاتفاق على أن تقوم النقابة بتقديم تصور للخدمات التي لم تشملها معايير الاستفادة من المستحقات.

كما تم مناقشة صرف مستحقات الموظفين العسكريين الشهداء ، موضحاً أنه يتم الصرف وفق آلية وضعها وزارة المالية عبر رابط الكتروني خاص في موقع وزارة المالية وبما يتوافق مع الإمكانيات لدى الحكومة.

وطالبت النقابة اعتماد التعديلات الخاصة بمدونة السلوك الوظيفي المقترحة، على أن لا يكون هناك تقييد لحرية الموظفين أو إنقاص حقوقهم، وأكد الدعليس أنه تم إحالة الموضوع للجنة الحكومية المختصة سعياً للأخذ بالتعديلات المقترحة.

وطالبت النقابة بإنصاف ملف عقود 2014 وما بعدها الذين تم تثبيتهم بعد عدة سنوات من الخدمة الحكومية، حيث أكد على أن الموضوع يدرس حالياً لدى لجنة الشؤون الإدارية في مجلس الوزراء.

من جهته، شكر خليل الزيان رئيس نقابة الموظفين رئاسة متابعة العمل الحكومي على اهتمامها الكبير في حل قضايا الموظفين والتخفيف عن كاهلهم، مشيداً بالقرارات الحكومية التي تم اتخاذها في الفترة الماضية الخاصة بتفكيك بعض القضايا العالقة منذ فترة طويلة.

و شكر الزيان رئاسة متابعة العمل على جهودها في تثبيت نسبة الصرف في الأشهر الماضية رغم حالة الجدل الكبيرة حول هذا الموضوع.

وخلال اللقاء تم استعراض عدة مشاريع تعكف النقابة على إطلاقها في المرحلة القادمة والتي من ضمنها مشروع صندوق الموظف ومشروع شقق سكنية للموظفين والذي سيتم عرضهما على اجتماعات اللجان الحكومية الفنية للدراسة، إلى جانب مشروع باصات نقل الموظفين، الذي حظي باهتمام كبير من رئيس متابعة العمل الحكومي.
