شرح بالفيديو لطريقة التسجيل وتحديث البيانات في مكتب العمل (وزارة العمل) بقطاع غزة

اليكم طريقة التسجيل الصحيحة لتعديل وتحديث بياناتك لدى وزارة العمل في قطاع غزة

بدايةً هناك بعض الأمور يجب مراعاتها عند التسجيل وتحديث حالة الطلب:

1- ليس كل طلب (معتمد مؤقتًا) يتم اعتماده اعتمادًا نهائيًا؛ لأن ذلك يتوقف على مراجعة الطلب، فإذا كانت جميع بيانات الطلب صحيحة ومرفقة بالأوراق، سيتم اعتماده.

 

 

2- أما إذا كانت هناك معلومات غير صحيحة أو الأوراق المرفقة غير كاملة؛ فسيتم إرجاع الطلب، وهنا عليك تقديم الطلب من جديد مع تعديل المعلومات غير الصحيحة وإرفاق الأوراق المطلوبة كذلك، وسيخضع الطلب للمراجعة مرة أخرى، ويجب عليك متابعة طلبك بشكل مستمر؛ لأن الوزارة تقوم باعتماد دفعات جديدة يوميًا.

طريقة تعديل طلبات وزارة العمل غزة:

– الطلبات المرجعة:

أي طلب يتم إرجاعه ويصبح مرجعًا، ستلاحظ وجود خانتين خانة

(مرجع للتعديل)، و (خانة ” تعديل”)

الخطوات التالية حتى يتم التعديل:

1- أُدخل بداية على خانة (حالات الطلب) من نفس الطلب؛ حتى ترى الأخطاء المطلوب تعديلها، أو التي كانت سبب في إرجاع الطلب.

 

 

2- ارجع لخانة (تعديل)، وافتحها؛ لترى طلبك الذي قمت بتعبئته، بجميع البيانات والصور التي أرفقتها و جنب كل صورة أنت رفعتها علامة (×)؛ لحذف الصورة وإدراج غيرها لو تطلب الأمر.

3- عند دخولك على البيانات ستجد بيانات مطلوب إدخالها مرة أخرى، لقد قمت بتعبئتها مسبقًا، ولكن عند التعديل مطلوب بشكل إجباري إدخالها مرة أخرى، مثل: (بيانات السكن المحدث يعني المحافظة والمدينة وأقرب معلم)، وكذلك بيانات المؤهل العلمي (خريج والدولة والجامعة والتخصص والمؤهل) يجب إدخالها مرة أخرى.

بعد دخولك، سيذهب سبب رفض الطلب، الذي قرأته سابقًا في الملاحظات من خانة حالات الطلب وتعدله.

– مثلًا كان مكتوب لديك مشكلة في شهادة الجامعة بأنها غير واضحة، ستذهب إلى خانة صورة الشهادة وتحذفها من علامة (×) وضع صورة واضحة أو لو كان كشف العلامات غير موجود ستضغط على زر (+) وستقوم بإضافة كشف العلامات وكذلك الأمر لو المشكلة في شهادات الخبرة أو الدورات أو بياناتهم ستقوم بتعدلها كما ذكرنا، وبعد التعديل سوف تضغط مرة أخرى من الأسفل على زر (تقديم الطلب)، ليتم تحميل الطلب مجددًا وتقديمه للمراجعة تحت حالة (قيد الطلب).

ملاحظة: يوجد خانات تتأخر كتيرًا عند فتحها للتعديل؛ بسبب أنه يوجد خانة للتعديل تم إنشاؤها مجددًا، وما زالت تتأثر بالضغط على الموقع، حاول أكثر من مرة بفتح الخانات، وستفتح معك.

وأعلنت وزارة العمل عن إطلاق برنامج تحسين جودة بيانات نظام معلومات سوق العمل الفلسطيني.

وذلك بالشراكة والتـعاون مع وزارة الاتصــالات وتـكنـولوجيـا المـعلومـات وبتمويل كريم من اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر عن إطلاق مشروع تحسين جودة بيانات المسجلين على نظام معلومات سوق العمل الفلسـطيني، كما وتهـيب الوزارة بـجميـع الخريجين والعمال والمهنين وأرباب العمل تحديث بياناتهم وذلك عبر الرابط الالكتروني التالي ومن خلال الدخول بنظام التسجيل الموحد.

كما وتلفت الوزارة عناية المسجلين في قوائم بيانات سوق العمل بأنها ستُرسل رسائل قصيرة SMS وبشكل يومي للمستهدفين من مشروع التحديث.

 

 

يأتي مشروع تحسين جودة بيانات الباحثين عن عمل في قطاع غزة انطلاقاً من قناعة وزارة العمل بأن النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي المتكامل لا يتم إلا من خلال الاعتماد على بيانات قوة العمل التي تتسم بالجودة، وفي إطار سعى الوزارة لتعزيز دورها في خدمة المجتمع الفلسطيني، وتسخير مكاتب التشغيل لخدمة الباحثين عن عمل وأصحاب العمل في مجالات التوجيه والإرشاد المهني، وتنمية قدرات ومهارات الباحثين عن عمل، والتشبيك والتعاون مع أصحاب العمل، والمواءمة بين فرص العمل والباحثين عن عمل بما يُلائم حاجة سوق العمل.
