وزارة الأشغال بغزة توضح بشأن رابط التسجيل للشقق المصرية

 

 

قال المهندس محمد العسكري مدير عام الإسكان ومنسق مشاريع اللجنة المصرية لإعمار غزة، إن العمل يسير بشكل جيد في إنشاء ثلاث مُدن سكنية ضمن المنحة المصرية، وهي مدينة دار مصر (1) في الزهراء، ومدينة دار مصر (2) في جباليا ومدينة دار مصر (3) في بيت لاهيا.
وأوضح العسكري في تصريح صحفي تابعته منصة المتقدمون، أن العدد الإجمالي للعمارات هو (117) عمارة سكنية قرابة (2500) وحدة سكنية مشمولة ضمن هذه المدن، وهناك مرافق خدماتية و(3) مدارس ومناطق خضراء ومراكز تجارية، مؤكدًا أن هذه المدن تراعي شروط الاستدامة والمعايير الهندسية حيث يتم بناءها بأحدث المواصفات العالمية.

 

 

وحول الرابط الإلكتروني للتسجيل في المدن المصرية، قال العسكري، “إنه لا يوجد أي روابط إلكترونية حتى اللحظة، وأن آليات الاستفادة وشروطها وكيفية الإعلان عنها، أمر من المبكر الحديث عنه في هذه المرحلة”، مُضيفًا: “نتواصل مع أشقائنا المصريين من أجل بلورة تصور متكامل ومشترك وسيتم الإعلان عنه في حينه”.
وفي نفس السياق، قال وكيل وزارة الأشغال في قطاع غزة، م. ناجي سرحان، “أنه لم يتم اختيار أسماء أو مستفيدين من شقق المدن المصرية أو طرح رابط للتسجيل حتى اللحظة، مبينًا أنه سيتم طرح الرابط فور الانتهاء من مراحل البناء والتشطيب وبعدها سيكون هناك قرعة علنية لاختيار الأسماء.

 

 

ولفت سرحان إلى أنه لم يتم تحديد أسعار الشقق في المدن المصرية حتى اللحظة، لافتًا أن مساحة الشقة الواحدة تبلغ حوالي 140 متر، والسعر المطروح نحو 50 ألف دولار تقريبًا، وأن بيع الشقق في سيكون بنظام التقسيط الذي قد يصل إلى حوالي 15 سنة أو أكثر.
وأوضح سرحان أنه تم تقديم العديد من الخطط للجانب المصري حول آلية طرح وتوزيع الشقق في المدن المصرية وفي انتظار الموافقة من قبلهم.
وأكد أنه سيستفيد من هذه الشقق أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني وستكون في الأغلب مدفوعة الثمن بنظام الأقسام، مُشيرًا إلى أن هذا الأمر ما يزال ضمن التصورات والرؤى التي يتم نقاشها والتحاور فيها مع اللجنة المصرية لإعادة اعمار غزة.
وتابع، أن العمل يسير بشكل جيد في المواقع الثلاثة، وهناك (46) عمارة من أصل (117) عمارة سكنية تشارف على الانتهاء من بناء الهيكل الخرساني وهناك أعمال تشطيبات تجري حاليًا في هذه المدن.

 

 

وتوقع أن يتم الانتهاء من بناء المدن السكنية المصرية في النصف الثاني من العام القادم، وحول المشاريع المصرية الأخرى التي يجري تنفيذها، وقال: “نحن نشارف على الانتهاء من مشروع شارع الرشيد والموازي له منطقة الكورنيش، حيث يجري حاليًا أعمال رصف الطبقة الاسفلتية الثانية وستكون نسبة الإنجاز وصلت إلى (90%)، متوقعين أن ننتهي خلال أسبوعين أو ثلاثة من إنجاز المرحلة الأولى من منطقة السودانية حتى الواحة، حيث أن هذا المشروع مجهز بالكامل من البنى التحتية ومرافق خدماتية وسياحية وترفيهية إضافة إلى 3 ملاعب شاطئية يجري بنائها بمحاذاة الكورنيش”.

One other thing is that often individual states in the United states of america have their particular laws in which affect property owners, which makes it very, very hard for the Congress to come up with a whole new set of recommendations concerning foreclosure on homeowners. The problem is that a state offers own legislation which may have impact in a negative manner in terms of foreclosure plans.

  54. Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a twenty five foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
