هل ترك الحذاء مقلوباً حرام ؟
قالت دار الإفتاء المصرية، إنه ليس هناك حرمة في ترك الحذاء مقلوبًا، لكنه خلاف الأفضل؛ لأن فيه نوعًا من الإيذاء لمن يقع بصره عليه بسبب اشتماله غالبًا على ما يستقذره الإنسان.
وأضافت «الإفتاء»، فى إجابتها عن سؤال: « هل هناك حرمة في تُرك الحذاء مقلوبًا؟»، أنه لا يليق أن يكون أسفل الحذاء مواجهًا للإنسان الذي كرمه الله – سبحانه وتعالى-، وعلى ذلك تكون إعادة الحذاء إلى وضعه الصحيح مستحبة وشعبة من شعب الإيمان.
وتابعت أن في ذلك إماطة الأذى عن الناس، واحترام الإنسان وتكريمه، وهي قيمة حضارية متفق عليها، وينبغي مراعاتها، كما ينبغي مراعاة المظاهر الجمالية المباحة التي تدخل البهجة والسرورعلى قلب الإنسان.
وواصلت أن هذه قيمة حضارية أخرى يمهد لها شيوع ثقافة إماطة الأذى واحترام الإنسان والحرص على الطهارة والنظافة التي هي أصل تقوم عليه العبادة في الإسلام.
واستشهدت الدار فى إجابتها بما روى عن الإمام مسلم في “صحيحه” عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ – رضي الله عنه- أنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ – صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآله وَسَلَّمَ- قال: «الْإِيمَانُ بِضْعٌ وَسَبْعُونَ -أَوْ بِضْعٌ وَسِتُّونَ- شُعْبَةً، فَأَفْضَلُهَا قَوْلُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَدْنَاهَا إِمَاطَةُ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ، وَالْحَيَاءُ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ».
حكم الشرع فى ترك الحذاء مقلوباً
قال الدكتور مجدى عاشور، المستشار العلمي لمفتي الجمهورية،إن ترك الحذاء مقلوبا من الأمور العادية وليس هناك حرمة فى ذلك.
وأضاف “عاشور” خلال لقائه بـ”دقيقة فقهية” فى إجابته عن سؤال «هل هناك حرمة فى ترك الحذاء مقلوبا؟»، أن ترك الحذاء مقلوبا فيه خلاف، والأفضل أن يتم وضعه بالشكل الصحيح؛ لما فيه من الإيذاء لمن يقع أثره عليه ولأنه غالبا يكون مشتملا على ما يستقذره الإنسان فلا يليق ان يكون أسفل الحذاء مواجها للإنسان الذى كرمه الله – سبحانه وتعالى-.
وأشار إلى أن إعادة الحذاء الى وضعه الصحيح شعبة من شعب الإيمان ومستحبه لما في ذلك من إماطة الأذى عن الناس.
