لماذا تم تعليق الدوام كلياً فى جامعة الأقصى غدا الأحد ؟

أعلن الإطار الممثل للعاملين في جامعة الأقصى بغزة، عن تعليق الدوام كلياً مع عدم التواجد في الحرم الجامعي يوم غدٍ الأحد.

ودعا الإطار الممثل للعاملين في بيان له رقم (29)، وصل “فلسطين نيوز” نسخة عنه، كل القوى الحية في المجتمع للتدخل لدى الجهات ذات الاختصاص؛ لتحقيق مطالب العاملين بالجامعة.

 

وأكد في الوقت ذاته أنه الأحرص والأصدق على استقرار الحياة الأكاديمية بالجامعة، وأن اللجوء إلى تعليق الدوام لم يكن هدفا، ولن يكون الوسيلة الوحيدة للظفر بحقوق العاملين الذين ضربوا المثل الأعلى في الصبر على المعاناة والتضحية من أجل استمرار الحياة الأكاديمية في الجامعة في أحلك الظروف وأصعب المراحل، مشدداً على ضرورة إنصاف العاملين في الجامعة.

وأعرب الإطار الممثل للعاملين عن تقديره للعاملين لالتزامهم بفعاليات يومي الأربعاء والخميس الماضيين، وانخراطهم في العمل المطلبي والحقوقي الهادف والواضح، مثمناً هذا الالتفاف حول الإطار الممثل للعاملين بالجامعة، والإصرار الرائع على إحقاق الحق، وتحقيق المطالب.
وقال الإطار في بيانه، :” إن مخرجات ونتائج اجتماع مجلس أمناء الجامعة؛ فهي تحتاج إلى عدة نقاط ممثلة في:

أولا: توجيه رسالة رسمية للعاملين بالجامعة (مرئية أو مكتوبة) تتضمن الالتزام بتاريخ محدد لصرف الحقوق ولو كانت منخفضة النسب عما وقع الاتفاق عليه مسبقا.
ثانياً: التأكيد في هذه الرسالة للعاملين على أن ما يتم اقتطاعه من نسب من العلاوات هو حق للموظف، يعتبر رصيدا له في الدائرة المالية بالجامعة حتى حين ميسرة ، وللجامعة الحق في استرداد ديونها من هذا الرصيد ممن للجامعة عليه ديون شخصية.

ثالثا : جدولة بقية حقوق العاملين المؤجلة الصرف بتواريخ محددة والالتزام في أدائها في آجالها المحددة.
رابعا : تنفيذ قرار مجلس الجامعة باحتساب جميع السلف العامة من باقي العلاوة التطويرية التي لم تصرف من قبل، وتذكير إدارة الجامعة أن العلاوة التطويرية مستحقة من تاريخ إقرارها وأن تأخير تنفيذ البدء بصرفها لا يلغي حق الموظف فيها من تاريخ إقرارها.
