 عقدت محكمة بداية بيت لحم، أولى جلساتها لمحاكمة المتهمين بقتل الفتاة إسراء غريب، من مدينة بيت ساحور شرق مدينة بيت لحم جنوب الضفة.

وكان النائب العام الفلسطيني، أكرم الخطيب، صادق مؤخرًا على “قرار الاتهام، وتحويل الملف إلى محكمة بداية بيت لحم، لمباشرة إجراءات محاكمة المتهمين وفق الأصول والقانون”. 

ووفق النيابة العامة الفلسطينية، فقد جاء قرار الاتهام مستنداً إلى البينَات التي أفضت إليها التحقيقات التي أجرتها نيابة بيت لحم، ونيابة حماية الأسرة من العنف، ونيابة مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية، وبالتعاون مع جهاز الشرطة الفلسطينية، مؤكدة أنها أجرت تحقيقات في قضية تسريب التقرير الطبي الشرعي.

وأكد النائب العام الفلسطيني في 12 سبتمبر/أيلول الماضي، أن الشابة إسراء غريب تعرضت للقتل نتيجة عنف منزلي وتعذيب، وأن ثلاثة أشخاص اعتقلوا على ذمة القضية، ورغم تحفظ النائب العام آنذاك، على ذكر أسماء المتهمين، إلا أنه أصبح معروفًا أنهما “شقيقيها وزوج شقيقتها”.

وفي التفاصيل، فإن المحكمة رفعت الجلسة إلى التاسع من شهر ديسمبر المقبل، نظرًا لعدم حضور أحد الشهود وهو طبيب شرعي، إضافة إلى إنكار المتهمين للجريمة.

وأكدت المعلومات التي حصلت عليها “قدس الإخبارية”، أن شقيقيها “محمد وبهاء”، قد أنكرا مسؤوليتهما عن قتلها، وقالا حرفيًا “نحن ننكر”، فيما قال زوج شقيقتها محمد صافي “أنكر، هذا كله كلام فيسبوك فش منه”.

وطلبت النيابة استدعاء الشاهد أشرف حسن عبد الجبار القاضي وهو طبيب شرعي يعمل في الطب العدلي، من منزله في بيت لحم، لكنه لم يحضر إلى المحكمة.

وقالت هيئة المحكمة، إنه نظرًا لإمهال النيابة العامة بتقديم بيّناتها واستحضار بقية الشهود في القضية، لتنظر بها هيئة المحكمة، فقد رفعت الجلسة الحالية، على أن تكون الجلسة المقبلة في التاسع من الشهر المقبل.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن جلسة المحكمة بقضية “إسراء غريب” علنية نظرًا لما اكتسبته القضية من اهتمام لدى الرأي العام، بحيث يتمكن الصحفيون من حضورها وتسجيل وقائعها باستثناء البث المباشر، ووفقًا لمجريات الجلسة، مع ضرورة الالتزام بما يصدر عن القضاة في حال قررت الهيئة الحاكمة وقف تسجيل الوقائع بالصوت والصورة، وذلك حفاظًا على خصوصية وكرامة المتوفاة.

وتوفيت إسراء غريب في 22 أغسطس/ آب الماضي، وسط شبهات بتعرضها للعنف، وتحفظت النيابة العامة الفلسطينية على جثمانها، قبل أن تثير وفاتها الرأي العام الفلسطيني، ويتفاعل معها كثيرون عربياً وعالمياً.
