ما حقيقة اعتماد موظفي تفريغات 2005 كموظفين رسميين؟

نفى المتحدث باسم تفريغات 2005، رامي أبو كرش، اليوم الاثنين، أن يكون قد وصلتهم أي حلول بخصوص اعتماد موظفي التفريغات على الكادر العسكري للسلطة الفلسطينية.

وكانت شائعات، قد انتشر في الساعات الماضية، تقول: إن رئيس الوزراء، الدكتور محمد اشتية، قرر اعتماد تفريغات 2005 كموظفين رسميين، على الكادر العسكري، وتطبيق التقاعد لمن هم فوق 40 عامًا.

وقال أبو كرش “ننفي أن يكون قد وصلنا من الحكومة أو عبر الوسطاء شيء في هذا الشأن، ولكن لربما من يُسرب هكذا شائعات تكون تحت بند بالونات الاختبار”، مضيفًا: “طالما الأمر ليس صادرًا من مصدر رسمي في الحكومة، فإننا نعتبر ما يُنشر في هذا الموضوع شائعات”.

وأكد أنه منطقيًا لا يمكن الذهاب نحو ذلك، لأن قانون التقاعد المبكر، الذي فرضته الحكومة السابقة، ويُعتبر قانوناً مُجحفاً أصلًا، لا ينطبق على موظفي التفريغات ما فوق 40 عامًا، لأن القانون ينص على أنه لا بد للموظف أن يخدم في السلطة 15 عامًا، ولكن موظفي التفريغات، لم يستوفوا هذه المدة في الخدمة.

وأضاف أبو كرش: “لكن لو أن الحكومة تُفكر بهذا الحل بخصوص تقاعد من هم فوق 40 عامًا فإنه قبل ذلك يجب إعطاء الموظف المتقاعد كافة حقوقه المالية ورُتبه العسكرية بأثر رجعي”.
