هل تم تحديد موعد صرف شيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية ؟

يترقب المستفيدون من وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية أو ما يعرفون بمستفيدي شيكات الشؤون الإعلان الرسمي عن موعد صرف مخصصاتهم لأسباب عدة.

ومن بين الأسباب التي تدفع أصحاب الشؤون الاجتماعية الانتظار بفارغ الصبر لصرف مخصصاتهم هي الأوضاع الاقتصادية الصعبة التي يعاني منها سكان قطاع غزة.

كما أن صرف شيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية تتأخر عن موعدها في اغلب الأوقات، الأمر الذي يتسبب بحالة ارباك لدى المستفيدين لاعتمادهم عليها لتوفير لقمة العيش لأبنائهم.

معلومات مهمة

ومن المفترض أن تصرف الشيكات كل ثلاثة أشهر بانتظام، إلا أنها تتأخر لأسباب تتعلق بالجهات الداعمة والمساهمة وهناك من يقول أن تأخير صرف الشؤون مرتبط بالجهات المسؤولة عن الصرف في كثير من الأوقات.

ويبلغ أكبر مبلغ يتلاقاه المستفيدين 2.000 شيكل وأقل مبلغ يصل إلى 600 شيكل حسب عدد أسرة الشخص المستفيد، وكلما كان العدد أكبر كان المبلغ مرتفع.

ويستفيد من الشؤون الاجتماعية 106 آلاف أسرة في غزة والضفة وتبلغ قيمة المبالغ التي يتم الاستفادة منها لتلك الأسر نحو 125 مليون شيقل، منها نحو 94 مليون شيقل للأسر الفقيرة في غزة أي ما نسبته 75% من مجمل قيمة الدفعة.

والمبالغ التي يتم منحها للفقراء في غزة مقسمة على النحو التالي: ” 70 ألف أسرة فقيرة في قطاع غزة و30 ألف أسرة في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.

موعد الصرف

وكيل وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية داوود الديك أكد لمراسلنا أن الوزارة لم تحدد بعد موعد صرف شيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية حتى الآن.

ومن المتوقع أن يبدأ صرف الشيكات خلال شهر كانون الأول/ ديسمبر المقبل، كما توقع وزير التنمية الاجتماعية أحمد مجدلاني بتاريخ (2019/11/25).

وقبل بدء صرف شيكات التنمية الاجتماعية تقوم الوزارة بترتيب أمورها النهائية مع وزارة المالية وتضع الكشوفات اللازمة لإتمام أمورها.

وشدد داوود الديك أن عملية صرف شيكات الشؤون الاجتماعية ستكون متزامنة في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية المحتلة.

وشهدت وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية في الفترة الماضية سجالات بين رام الله وقطاع غزة حيث اتهمت الأولى الأخيرة بوضع موظفين ضمن كشوفات شيكات الشؤون إلا أن الأخيرة نفت ذلك مطلقًا.

وكانت رام الله حجبت في وقت سابق بعض المستفيدين من الشؤون الاجتماعية بعد أن أجرت تحديث للبيانات ووجود عدد ممن لا يستحق حسب رأي وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية.

أبو العبد

المواطن أبو العبد (42 عامًا) يتلقى نحو 1200 شيكل ويعل أسرته كاملة ينتظر كغيره الآلاف من مستفيدي الشؤون صرف مخصصاتهم.

ويقول أبو العبد لمراسلنا: “أتمنى أن تصدق الوزارة ويتم صرف المخصصات في هذا الشهر”، مؤكدًا أن الأوضاع صعبة والأموال التي سيتلقاها ستذهب مباشرة إلى أصحاب المحلات التجارية.

وأشار إلى أنه استدان بأكثر من ألفي شيكل من عدد من المحلات التجارية والصحية في ظل الأوضاع الصعبة في قطاع غزة التي تسببت فيه الحصار والانقسام.

محمد صلاح

أما المواطن محمد صلاح يتلقى 750 شيكل كل ثلاثة أشهر ويعيل أكثر من 4 أفراد من أسرته وبالكاد يستطيع أن يلبي حاجتهم في ظل الأوضاع الاقتصادية الصعبة.

وأشار إلى أن يعمل في مجال البناء لكن عمله متقطع والمبلغ الذي يتلقاه لا يمكن أن يساعده في توفير احتياجات أسرته من ملابس ومأكولات ومصروف للجامعات والمدارس.

ويتمنى المواطن صلاح خلال حديثه لمراسلنا، أن تلتزم الجهات الداعمة والمساعدة للأسر الفقيرة بإيصال المبالغ المطلوبة لتتمكن وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية من صرفها للفقراء في غزة والضفة.
