أكد المدير الإداري والمالي لمجمع الشفاء الطبي رامي مهنا، أنه بالتزامن مع بداية عام 2020 سيتم البدء بتطبيق عدة إجراءات إدارية جديدة من أجل ضبط وتسهيل حركة المرضى ومرافقيهم والزائرين لأقسام المجمع المختلفة.
وأضاف مهنا في تصريح صحفي، اليوم الإثنين، أن هذه الإجراءات الإدارية الجديدة هدفها تقديم خدمة صحية أمنة للمرضى وتنظيم العمل الصحي والإداري داخل المجمع وتخفيف أزمة الاكتظاظ والازدحام.
وأوضح أن الإجراءات ستلزم كل مريض بمرافق واحد فقط داخل قسم الطوارئ والأقسام الداخلية، وعلية سيتم الالتزام بمواعيد الزيارة، كما وسيتم العمل بنظام التفويج في العيادات الخارجية.
ونوه إلى أنه من خلال هذا النظام سيتم استقبال المرضي حسب ساعة الحجز ولن يكون هناك داعٍ لحضور المرضى للعيادة قبل الموعد، إضافة إلى منع دخول السيارات ما عدا الإسعاف والعاملين داخل أسوار المجمع.
وعزا سبب ذلك، الى الأعداد الهائلة من الزائرين والمرافقين، والذي يتسبب بإعاقة عمل الطواقم الطبية التي تتعامل بشكل يومي مع المرضى.
ودعا المواطنين بضرورة الاستجابة لموظفي الأمن داخل أقسام الطوارئ والعيادات الخارجية والالتزام بالتعليمات التي من شأنها تحقيق الرضى بين المرضى والعاملين.
