حوارات ولقاءات ومشاورات فصائلية، تجرى هنا وهناك ويكون مصيرها الفشل، جعلت المواطن الفلسطيني، يشعر بخيبة أمل كبيرة، في ظل تجدد الحديث عن لقاءات لتقريب وجهات النظر، وهنا تكمن مصيبة المصائب، خاصة وأن ما يُعلن من أن جلساتهم فقط لتقريب وجهات النظر، وليس الاتفاق على أسس وطنية، تجمع الكل الفلسطيني.
تبدأ خيبة الأمل الكبيرة لدى الموظفين، الذين يتبعون للسلطة الفلسطينية، فمنذ بدء الانقسام وحتى الآن مازالت آمالهم بتحقيق تسوية في ملفهم، سواء على صعيد الموظفين المقطوعة رواتبهم، أو الترقيات الإدارية والمالية، وملف 2005، الذي أرهق الكثير من العائلات، التي مازالت تنتظر الأمل بأن يصدر قرار ينصفهم.
وللأسف، هناك كثر ممن هم محسوبون على غزة، يدعمون القرارات المجحفة بحق الموظفين، الذين لا حول لهم ولا قوة، سوى أنهم من قطاع غزة، والمعضلة الكبرى، أن بعض الوزراء والمتنفذين في تنفيذ القرارات، لا يستطيعون فرض قرار يفضي إلى تخفيف الألم عن أبناء شعبنا في قطاع غزة، الذي ذاقوا الأمرين، فلا مجال لإلقاء اللوم على الاحتلال، وجعله شماعةً، تُعلق عليها كل القرارات المجحفة بحقهم.
حدثني صديق عن زيارة وصفت بالمهمة إلى قطاع غزة، حيث وصل الوفد برئاسة نائب رئيس الوزراء، زياد أبو عمرو، وروحي فتوح، وغيرهم، وبعد دقائق من وصول الوفد إلى (معبر بيت حانون/ إيرز)، صرخ أبو عمرو، عبر الهاتف على مدير الهيئة العامة للمعابر والحدود في السلطة الفلسطينية، نظمي مهنا، مشتكياً بعض الموظفين على المعبر، الذين سألوا أبو عمرو عن محتويات (كرتونة) كانت بحوزته حين وصل، وتم إنهاء الخلاف لأن الوفد في زيارة مهمة جداً، دون الإفصاح عن نتائجها حين غادر الوفد قطاع غزة.
بعد عام من هذه الزيارة، التي لم يعرف المواطن في غزة نتائجها او أسبابها، رغم أنها كان على أحر من الجمر لمعرفة أهميتها، نشر الوكيل المساعد في الأحوال المدنيّة وشؤون الأجانب في وزارة الداخلية، بغزة، ماهر أبو صبحة، فيما أسماه “حقيقة وأتحّدى”، عن لقاءٍ كان يتواجد به نائب رئيس وزراء حكومة التوافق، زياد أبو عمرو، الذي شغل نصف وقت اللقاء، في مشكلة “خطيرة، لا تخص المعبر”.
وقال أبو صبحة، عبر صفحته على (فيسبوك): “إن أبو عمرو، طلبَ من الحاضرين، البحث عن ساعة “طبلون كهرباء” سُرقت من فلّته، فقاطعه أحد الحضور “يا عم عندي في البيت ثلاث ساعات بعطيك واحدة منها، حتى ندخل في موضوع المعبر”.
وكان قبل اللقاء، الذي حدثت فيه أزمة “طبلون أبو عمرو”، كان قد أدلى المتحدث باسم حكومة التوافق، إيهاب بسيسو، تصريحاتٍ أثارت مشاكل، بخصوص موظفي غزة، فطلب أبو صبحة من أبو عمرو، التعليق، فقال له: “عيب أنا نائب رئيس الوزراء، ومعي كل الصلاحيّات”، “مين إيهاب .. بلا .. هذا مجرد ولد صغير، حتى في مجلسِ الوزراء، ما بسمح له بحضور الاجتماعات، بطرده برا”.
ونشر أبو صبحة تغريدة على (فيسبوك)، فيقول،” انتظرت قدوم الحمدلله على (معبر بيت حانون)، وقد رتّبت لزيارته، بصفتي الوظيفية”، لافتاً إلى أنه لم يصطف للسلام عليهم، “لأنه يعرفهم جيداً”، وإذ بسيارة أبو عمرو، تقف بجانبه، ونزل منها وسلم عليه.
ووجه أبو صبحة سؤاله لأبو عمرو، قائلاً: “أسألك بالله في حاجة حتنتج من الزيارة ولا إيش القصة”، فرد أبو عمرو: والله ما في إشي، كله كذب ونصب!”.
أنا أكتب هذا المقال الصريح، الذي أعود فيه للخلف، رغم أن ما نتمناه أن نتقدم خطوة للأمام، وكلي حزن لسياسة العربدة المتبعة من بعض المتنفذين، تحت اسم (ابن غزة) وأهل مكة أدرى بشعابها، وأنا كلي حزن ليس على طبلون أبو عمرو الذي ضاع، لكن على سنوات عجاف ضاعت ينتظر فيها الموظف نهاية الشهر، يصل البنك ويده على قلبه خوفاً من إجراء جديد أو تقرير كيدي، يفضي لقطع راتبه، وأنا أكتب هذا المقال ليس لدي راتب من السلطة الفلسطينية، كي أخشى عليه، فالكثير صامتون خوفاً على قوت يوم أطفالهم، وقطع رواتبهم، كما حدث مع كثير من الموظفين، بمشاركة مباشرة مع وزير المالية، شكري بشارة، الذي يتفنن في قطع رواتب الموظفين.
من يتواصل مع دحلان يقطع راتبه، من له صلة قرابة أو نسب أو علاقة صداقة بأحد عناصر دحلان يقطع راتبه، من يسلم على شقيق له يعمل في حكومة (حماس) يقطع راتبه، وبهذا السلاح الفتاك، الذي يتخذه بعض المتنفذين من تبدأ فصول الحكاية والألم، ضاربة بعرض الحائط كل القوانين التي تضمن رزق وراتب هؤلاء الموظفين، الذي انضموا إلى صفوف البطالة.
