“جوال” توضح حقيقة رفع أسعارها وإلغاء عدة خدمات لها

نفت شركة الاتصالات الفلسطينية الخلوية “جوال” الأنباء المتداولة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بخصوص رفع أسعارها وإلغاء عدة خدمات هامة لمشتركيها.
وأوضحت أن جميع الأخبار التي يتم تداولها عن رفع “جوال” للأسعار وإلغاء عدة خدمات تهم مشتركينا لا أساس لها من الصحة.
وبينت الشركة أن جميع الخدمات والأسعار هي ذاتها المعلنة من طرفها وعبر موقعها الإلكتروني وحساباتها الرسمية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أنها تسعى دائماً لخدمة مشتركيها الأعزاء في غزة بأفضل الحملات وأقل الأسعار .
وكانت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي شهدت خلال الساعات الماضية عدد من الأنباء التي تفيد بقيام الشركة بإلغاء عدد من الخدمات أبرزها خدمة ارجعلي واحكي على حسابهم، ورصيد أقل من 20 مع بداية الشهر القادم، وتغيير سياسات اقتناء الشرائح والفواتير بحيث شريحتين فقط باسم كل مواطن والباقي ايقاف، و صلاحية 3 شهور بدل مدى الحياة، وزيادة في اسعار اشتراكات الحزم وتقليل الدقائق، ورفع سعر الاتصال على الشبكات المحلية الفلسطينية، والغاء خدمة بيتي جوال، و زيادة 2ش على خدمة رنلي ، وايقاف حملة حولي لو سمحت حتى اشعار آخر، وإلغاء برنامج نقاطي مع أول الشهر.
