تعليم غزة: عدد المشتركين بامتحان التوجيهي بلغ 33.515 مشتركا.. وهذه طبيعة الاسئلة
أكد جمال يوسف، مدير عام الإدارة العامة للقياس والتقويم والامتحانات بوزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، بقطاع غزة، أن الوزارة ملتزمة بإجراء امتحانات الثانوية العامة في موعدها، والمقرر عقدها بتاريخ الثلاثين من أيار/ مايو المقبل، موضحاً أن هذا القرار جاء بناء على معطيات تم دراستها مؤخراً، بالتوازي مع توسيع الإجراءات، وتشكيل لجنة من وزارات التعليم والصحة والداخلية بالإضافة للإدارة العامة للصحة المدرسية ليتم التنسيق على أعلى مستوى، مبيناً أن جميع المعطيات تشير إلى أن الامتحانات ستعقد في موعدها.
وفي السياق، أشار يوسف إلى أن كل مرحلة من مراحل الثانوية العامة في ظل الوضع القائم ستنفذ وفق بروتوكول صحي معتمد يضمن السلامة والوقاية للطلبة، مبيناً أنه تم وضع بروتوكول خاص لتنظيم دخولهم للقاعات وخروجهم، بالإضافة لبرتوكول خاص بالمراقبين ورؤساء اللجان والأذنة، وضبط عملية وصول مغلفات الأسئلة ودفاتر الإجابات وجميع الأمور الدقيقة، والتي ستخضع جميعاً لمعايير الضبط والسلامة، داعياً الطلبة للالتزام بالتعليمات حفاظاً على صحتهم وصحة المراقبين والمجتمع بشكل عام.
وأشار يوسف إلى أن المادة المطلوبة للامتحان تم تحديدها بناء على التعليم الوجاهي الذي تم في الغرف الصفية، بعد إجراء المسح الكامل للمدارس في غزة والضفة المحتلة والقدس والمدارس خارج الوطن، وتم أخذ الحد الأدنى من الفترة الزمنية التي تم التوقف خلالها عن شرح المنهاج، لتحديد المادة المطلوبة، مؤكداً أن التعليم الإلكتروني هو تعليم داعم ومعزز للتمكين المعرفي للطلبة فقط.
وأوضح يوسف أن طبيعة الأسئلة وآلية توزيع الدرجات هي نفسها التي تم اعتمادها وتصديرها مطلع كانون الثاني/ يناير 2020، ولا تغيير عليها باستثناء مبحث الرياضيات للفرع العلمي، والتكنولوجيا لجميع الفروع، مبيناً أن الورقة الأولى لامتحان مبحث الرياضيات تتكون من الوحدتين الأولى والثانية، فيما تتعلق الورقة الثانية بباقي الوحدات في ضوء ما تم حذفه وكل منهما لها وزنها الخاص 100 علامة لكل ورقة، وأن طبيعة الأسئلة لن تتغير لكن المحتوى هو ما تغير هذا العام، حيث تم تضمين وحدة المصفوفات في الورقة الثانية فقط لإحداث التوازن.
وفيما يتعلق بمبحث التكنولوجيا، فقد أعفي الطلبة من الشق العملي المحتسبة30 درجة، وأن الامتحان النظري سيبقى 70 درجة، فيما سيتم الاحتساب من 70 إلى 100 درجة في كشف الدرجات بآلية معينة.
وأوضح يوسف في حديثه أن هناك بعض المهارات التي تم تصديرها سابقاً لامتحان التكنولوجيا العملي الذي أعفي منه الطلبة، لن يتم قياسها في الامتحان النظري باستثناء المهارات التي لها ارتباط بالمحتوى المعرفي، وقد أعلنت عنها الوزارة مسبقاً، وسيتم إدراج رابط خاص لتوضيحها على موقع الوزارة، وإذاعة صوت التربية والتعليم.
وفيما يتعلق بأرقام الجلوس فقد ذكر يوسف أن آلية وموعد توزيعها ارتبط بعملية اختيار واعتماد القاعات الامتحانية، والتي سيتم زيادة أعدادها هذا العام لتقليل الكثافة داخلها، تماشياً مع إجراءات الوقاية من فايروس كورونا.
وأكد أن الوزارة اعتادت على توزيعها قبيل إجراء امتحان التكنولوجيا العملي والذي تم إعفاء الطلبة منه هذا العام، قائلاً إنها ستوزع على الطلبة ابتداء من يوم الأحد الموافق 3/5/2020 وسيبلغ كل طالب وطالبة بيوم محدد وساعة محددة من خلال مدرسته مع اعتماد التدابير الصحية اللازمة وفقاً لبروتوكول صحي معتمد بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للصحة المدرسية بالوزارة لمنع التجمهر في المدارس.
وأوضح يوسف أن تشكيل القاعات الامتحانية هذا العام اختلف كلياً، حيث حددت لجان صحية متخصصة أن يتواجد في الغرفة الصفية 15 طالباً كحد أقصى، بما يراعي أن يكون نصف القطر بين الطالب ومحيطه متراً واحداً، ضمن إجراءات السلامة والوقاية من الفايروس، مبيناً أن الوزارة الآن بصدد اعتماد القاعات، حيث تم استثناء مدارس الحجر الصحي من اختيارها كقاعات امتحان وتم اللجوء لمدارس الوكالة، لتقريب المسافة على الطالب كونها أقرب من بعض المدارس الحكومية، وليس لنقص في أعدادها.
وفيما يتعلق بالتسجيل للدراسة الخاصة، بيّن يوسف أن عملية التسجيل انتهت بتاريخ العاشر من مارس وتم فتحها فيما بعد تجاوزاً لبعض الحالات الخاصة، وبسبب تجمهر المسجلين في المديريات وازدياد الأعداد، تم إيقاف التسجيل لتعارضها مع التعليمات الصحية، موضحاً أن الوزارة –في حينها- قالت أنها سوف تنظر في فتح التسجيل من عدمه، وأن الأمر يخضع لقرارات موجودة لديها ومعطيات سوف تؤخذ بالحسبان، مبيناً أن الأمر سيتضح مع نهاية الأسبوع الحالي، متمنياً أن يكون القرار مناسباً للجميع.
وبخصوص مراكز التصحيح، أوضح يوسف أن هناك مركزين أحدهما في خانيونس والآخر في مدينة غزة، والذي تم نقله هذا العام من شرق غزة إلى غربها، وتحديداً في مدرسة حسن الحرازين، حيث سيتم اللجوء للمدارس المجاورة لمراكز التصحيح للتخفيف من عدد المصححين في الغرفة، مع تقليص المجموعات من 4 إلى 3 أو اثنتين إن تطلب الأمر، فيما سيخضع المصححون لبروتوكول صحي ينظم عملية دخولهم وخروجهم للجنة،وترتيب الأثاث المعد لجلوسهم.
وبين يوسف أنه تم التنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للإشراف بالوزارة، والذين قاموا بدورهم بالتواصل مع جميع طواقم الإشراف لإعداد 4 نماذج اختبارية لكل مبحث في ضوء تحديد المادة المطلوبة، والتي ستكون متاحة على موقع روافد ومنافذ الوزارة الإعلامية على أبعد تقدير مطلع الأسبوع المقبل ليستعين بها الطلبة في دراستهم، فضلاً عن التواصل مع الإدارة العامة للإرشاد التربوي بالوزارة لإصدار نشرات توعوية تتعلق بالدعم النفسي للطلبة والمراقبين والمساعدين في ظل أزمة كورونا، والتي سيتم توزيعها على الطلبة بالتزامن مع توزيع أرقام الجلوس.
وفي ختام حديثه قال يوسف إن قرار الوزارة بإجراء الامتحانات في ظل جائحة كورونا هو تجربة جديدة، وجهد ليس بالهيّن تنجزه الوزارة، وأن التاريخ سيخلد اسم كل من سيشارك ويسهم في إنجاز منظومة الثانوية العامة 2020، متمنياً الالتزام والسلامة للجميع.
