موقع عبري: تغير قيمة منحة 100$ لهذه الدفعة والعمادي يصل غزة الأسبوع المقبل

كشف موقع “i24NEWS” العبري، صباح اليوم الأحد ، عن تغير قيمة المنحة القطرية لدفعة الشهر المنصرم (5/ مايو).

وقال الموقع، إن قيمة المنحة هذه المرة تبلغ 10 ملايين دولار أمريكي، وسيتم توزيعها على العائلات المحتاجة بحيث تحصل كل عائلة على 100 دولار نقدًا”، دون أن توضّح أسباب تغير قيمتها.

وأضاف: “من المنتظر أن يصل المبعوث القطري محمد العمادي إلى قطاع غزة الأسبوع المقبل؛ من أجل توزيع المنحة القطرية على الأسر المحتاجة، بعد غياب طال أربعة أشهر منذ آخر قدوم له الى القطاع”.

 وأوضح الموقع، أن “المنحة القطرية كانت توزع في الاشهر الأربعة الأخيرة في غياب العمادي، وبحضور نائبه خالد حردان، وذلك لاعتبارات تتعلق بوباء كورونا”، بحسب القناة العبرية.

وأردفت: وكان من المتبع لغاية الآن ان يصل المبعوث القطري العمادي برفقة مساعده حردان ويلتقيان مع مسؤولين إسرائيليين ثم يتوجهان بسيارة ومعهما الأموال الى قطاع غزة، غير ان تفشي وباء كورونا حال دون مواصلة توزيع المنحة القطرية بهذه الطريقة”.

واستطردت: “تم خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأخيرة اتباع طريقة أخرى مختلفة لم يتم الإفصاح عنها. وبعد تخفيف القيود المفروضة على نمط الحياة بكل جوانبها جراء الكورونا، يعود المبعوث القطري حاملا منحة بلاده الى قطاع غزة”.

وتُرجح ما أشارت إليه القناة العبرية بتغير قيمة الدفعة لـ10 ملايين دولار أمريكي، احتمالية أن يتم الصرف لـ 100 ألف أسرة وليس كما اتفقت حركة حماس مع السفير القطري محمد العمادي بمضاعفة عدد الأسر المستفيدة من منحة الـ 100$ لـ 120 ألف أسرة.

واتفقت حركة حماس، مع السفير محمد العمادي، رئيس اللجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة، في فبراير المنصرم، على تخصيص 16 مليون دولار لعدة فئات في القطاع.

ووفقًا لموقع حماس الإلكتروني، اتفق قائد حركة حماس في قطاع غزة يحيى السنوار مع العمادي على أن يتم صرف 12 مليون دولار بواقع 100 دولار لـ 120 ألف عائلة متعففة، ودعم زواج 500 شاب من الشباب غير القادرين على الزواج والمتقدمين في السن بواقع 2 مليون دولار، كما اتفق على تخصيص مليون دولار لترميم العديد من بيوت الفقراء، كذلك تم الاتفاق على تقديم مليون دولار لخريجي الجامعات لاستخراج شهاداتهم الجامعية.

لاحقًا، أكد الموقع الإلكتروني للجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة، نقلاً عن العمادي، أنه تم الاتفاق على أن تقوم اللجنة القطرية بزيادة عدد الأسر المستفيدة من المساعدات النقدية منذ فبراير لتصبح 120 ألف أسرة مستورة ومتعففة بواقع 100 دولار لكل عائلة.
