مباحث “كورونا” توقف 79 شخصاً خالفوا قرارات حظر التجوال
أوقفت دائرة “مباحث كورونا” التابعة للمباحث العامة في الشرطة، 79 شخصاً خالفوا قرارات حظر التجوال وإجراءات السلامة والوقاية، وأغلقت 63 محلاً ونقطة بيع في محافظات قطاع غزة خلال الـ 24 ساعة الماضية.
جاء ذلك، خلال عمل المباحث على الحواجز المنتشرة في محافظات قطاع غزة، إلى جانب جولات ميدانية برفقة شرطة المراكز، وقوات التدخل وحفظ النظام، لتطبيق قرارات وإجراءات حظر الحركة والتجوال، للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا.
وفي التفاصيل، أوقفت “مباحث كورونا” بمحافظة شمال غزة، أغلقت المباحث محلّين مخالفيْن لتعليمات حظر التجوال، وأوقفت 44 من أصحاب المحلات غير الملتزمين بإجراءات الوقاية والسلامة، وتوفير الكمامات للعاملين والزبائن.
كما أوقفت المباحث بالمحافظة 13 مواطناً خرقوا حالة حظر التجوال، وأحالتهم للجهات المختصة.
وفي محافظة غزة، أغلقت المباحث 24 محلاً تجارياً، ومطعماً، وصالون حلاقة، ونقطة بيع، مخالفة لتعليمات الوقاية والسلامة.
كما منعت 10 تجمعات لمواطنين مخالفين لقرار حظر التجوال، وأوقفت 4 أشخاص من أصحاب المحلات المخالفة، وأحلتهم لمفتش تحقيق الشرطة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
أما في المحافظة الوسطى، فقد أغلقت المباحث 8 محال، وأوقفت 6 من أصحابها وأحالتهم للجهات المختصة.
وفي السياق أوضحت المباحث أنه تم تحرير 230 محضر تعهد لمحال مخالفة، وإلزامها بإجراءات الوقاية والسلامة.
وفي خانيونس، قالت المباحث إنها أغلقت 21 منشأة تجارية مخالفة، شملت 9 محال تجارية، و9 مطاعم شعبية، ومخبزين، وصيدلية.
في حين أوقفت 10 من أصحاب تلك المنشآت، وأحالتهم للجهات المختصة.
وفي محافظة رفح، أغلقت “مباحث كورونا” 6 محال تجارية غير ملتزمة بإجراءات الوقاية والسلامة، والتعقيم، والتباعد الجسدي، إلى جانب إغلاق مقهى مخالف لقرار حظر التجوال، وتوقيف صاحبه وإحالته للجهات المختصة.
مباحث السياحة والآثار والمرور
وفي سياق متصل، أوقفت مباحث السياحة والآثار شخصين خالفا قرار حظر التجوال، وافتعلا إشكالية مع ضباط خلال عملهم.
كما أنهت المباحث عدداً من تجمعات المواطنين الذين تواجدوا على شاطئ البحر، وتابعت استمرار إغلاق الساحل ضمن إجراءات الوقاية والسلامة.
وأغلقت مباحث السياحة أحد الشاليهات وأوقفت صاحبه؛ وذلك لاستضافته عدداً المواطنين في مخالفة لقرار الإغلاق.
من جانبها، حررت مباحث المرور 7 تعهدات لأصحاب مكاتب تأجير السيارات، ومدرسة تعليم سياقة، لمخالفتهم إجراءات الوقاية والسلامة المقرّة.
وتُواصل قوات الشرطة العمل على منع تجمعات المواطنين في جميع المناطق والمحافظات؛ وأية مخالفات للقرارات والإجراءات المفروضة؛ حفاظاً على السلامة العامة، ولمحاصرة انتشار الفيروس.
وتُهيب الشرطة بجميع المواطنين إلى إعلاء المسؤولية الفردية، ومزيد من الالتزام بالتعليمات الصادرة من الجهات المختصة، وعدم الاستهانة بها؛ حفاظاً على حياتهم، وتجنباً للمساءلة القانونية.
