مصر تحيل المقاول “محمد علي ” إلى محكمة الجنايات
قررت النيابة العامة المصرية، اليوم السبت، إحالة الفنان والمقاول المصري الهارب، محمد علي، إلى المحاكمة الجنائية لاتهامه بالتهرب الضريبي، وذلك بعد أشهر من اتهامه للرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي وقادة الجيش المصري بالفساد على الملأ عبر سلسلة فيديوهات وتغريدات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وبحسب بيان النيابة العامة، فإن “المتهم بصفته مسجلا وخاضعا لأحكام قانون الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، تهرب من سداد الضريبة المقيمة قانونا، وذلك بعد أن قام بالتلاعب في سجلات ودفاتر ضريبية وشركات وهمية”.
وذكرت تحقيقات النيابة أن “المتهم بصفته مسجلا وخاضعا لأحكام الضريبة العامة على المبيعات، تهرب من أداء تلك الضرائب قانونا عن نشاطه وذلك بأن قام بتقديم خدمة دون الإقرار عنها وسداد الضريبة المستحقة في المواعيد المقررة وذلك بأن أصدر فواتير غير مسجلة محملة بضريبة المبيعات”.
وذكرت وسائل الاعلام، أن وزير المالية المصري، محمد معيط، وافق في أكتوبر الماضي، على إحالة محمد علي إلى نيابة التهرب الضريبي، للتحقيق في إخفائه 8 ملايين جنيه من أرباحه، وذلك بناء على مذكرة من النيابة.
