“أمد” ينشر تعميما داخليا للقسام حول ما كشفه باسل صالحية ” مرفق التعميم “

أمد/ غزة: ينشر “أمد للإعلام” تعميما داخليا لكتائب القسام الجناح العسكري لحركة حماس حول ما أسمته تجاوزات “باسل صالحية” أحد قياداتها العسكرية الذي قام بنشر مقاطع فيديو قبل أيام كشف فيها عن معلومات خطيرة وفضائح أمنية داخل التنظيم. 

وجاء في التعميم الصادر بتاريخ 7 يناير 2021: “أيها المجاهدون لقد تابعتم ما قام بنشره الأخ / باسل صالحية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل استعراضي – مادحا نفسه ذام إخوانه – من فيديوهات ووثائق بشكل نشرها تجاوزة لأسس وقواعد الفهم الأمني والعسكري، ومخالفة للوائح التنظيمية، حيث احتوت هذه المقاطع والوثائق على الكثير من الافتراءات والأوهام والمغالطات، فضلا عن المساس بهيئات وقامات قيادية لها تاريخ طويل وصفحات مشرفة وناصعة في الجهاد والمقاومة، إضافة لعرضه لسيناريو وهي من خيالاته للحرب على غزة لا يستند إلى معطيات مهنية”.

وأكدت  كتائب القسام خلال التعميم على ما يلي:

1. انتظم الأخ باسل في صفوف كتائب القسام في مطلع انتفاضة الأقصى وعمل في مجالات متنوعة في الجهاز العسكري وتقلد مناصب تنظيمية مختلفة، مساهم مع إخوانه داخل القسام في بعض المشاريع الجهادية والتي يعود الفضل فيها لله أولا ثم لكتائب القسام التي علمته ودريته وأكسبته الخبرة في تلك المجالات.

2. ارتكب الأخ خلال فترة عمله في الجهاز العسكري العديد من المخالفات والتجاوزات التنظيمية والشرعية وأخرى تتعلق بحقوق الغير، عرضته للعديد من قرارات التوقيف والتجميد والإقالة من المناصب التنظيمية، وفي كل مرة يتم استيعابه وتوجيهه ومنحه فرصة أخرى، إلا أنه استمر في تجاوزاته والتي كان أخطرها جريمة القتل شبه العمد لأحد مساعديه من خارج الجهاز العسكري بسبب بعض الأوهام لديه.

3. تمت إحالته إلى القضاء الشرعي الذي أدانه بجريمة القتل شبه العمد، وحكم عليه بدفع دية لأهل المقتول في مدة تنتهي في 10 يناير 2021.

4، بخصوص ادعاءاته بوجود مئات الأنفاق للعدو داخل قطاع غزة ورصده لجنود تواجدوا في مناطق متفرقة وأوقات مختلفة داخل القطاع، فقد اتخذنا الإجراءات التالية:
أ- تم تشكيل العديد من اللجان التخصصية من أجهزة الحركة الأمنية والعسكرية المختلفة الدراسة جميع المعطيات التي قدمها، وقد تم تفنيدها فنيا وميدانية، ولكنه أصر على موقفه وعدم قبول نتائج اللجان والجهات المختلفة.

ب. تم من طرفنا تنفيذ عمليات ميدانية عديدة، بعضها بإشرافه شخصيا، أفضت جميعها النتائج تنفي ادعاءاته.

ج- تم تنفيذ عمليات بحث استخبارية وفنية في مناطق مختلفة في القطاع أثبتت أن ما يطرحه من تواجد لجنود في قطاع غزة غير صحيح، بل استحالة ما طرحه واقعية.

5. إن الأعمال العسكرية والأنشطة الهندسية التي يقوم بها العدو في المناطق الحدودية والتي أشار إليها الأخ/ باسل هي لدينا قيد البحث والمتابعة، ولم يثبت حتى اللحظة أي شيء منها داخل القطاع.

6. تحدث الأخ/ باسل عن بعض القضايا التي لم يطلع على تفاصيلها بتانامن جهات الاختصاص، مثل قضية الشهيد مازن فقهاء، وقضية القوة الخاصة في خان يونس، وحدث تفجير مقسم الاتصالات في الزوايدة، وقد خلط ما وصله من بعض المعلومات بتحليلات ليس لها رصيد من الحقيقة، ونؤكد أن ما ادعاه الأخ في هذه القضايا غير صحيح، ولدينا في كتائب القسام التفاصيل الكاملة الدقيقة، والتي تم إطلاع الجمهور على جزء يسير منها، وتحفظنا على يقينها لدواع أمنية واستخبارية، سيتم الكشف عنها في الوقت الذي تراه قيادة الجهاز العسكري مناسبة.

7. إن المقاومة تخوض حربا أمنية واستخبارية ضارية لحماية مقدرات المقاومة من الجهد الاستخباري المعادي، مشددا بأن “ما ادعاه الأخ بان العدو يمثلك معلومات دقيقة عن أنفاق القسام فهذا وهم من أوهامه، ونطمئنكم أن الأنفاق تخفي في بواطنها ما يعجز العدو عن معرفته والوصول إليه، وستحدث هذه الأنفاق النكاية العظيمة بقواته في معاركنا القادمة”. 

8. إن بعض ما ذكره الأخ من معلومات متعلقة بشؤون العدو، ساقها في معرض تأكيد مزاعمه معلوم عدم صحتها لكل من يعمل في هذا المجال. 

9. إن ما أقدم عليه الأخ باسيل بشكل مخالفة جسيمة تستوجب المساءلة، وعليه تقرر إحالته إلى هيئة القضاء العسكري، واتخاذ المقتضى القانوني بحقه حسب الأصول.

وختم التعميم: “الإخوة المجاهدون كونوا على ثقة بقيادتكم التي ما فتات تواصل الليل بالنهار لاستكمال عدة التحرير، ومراكمة القوة العسكرية لملاقاة العدو وكسر شوكته بإذن الله، وهي تضطلع بمسؤولياتها بكل اقتدار، مستعينة على ذلك بالله عز وجل، ثم بجهودكم الجبارة في شتى الميادين، وكلنا ثقة بوعيكم، ونسأل الله أن يتقبل جهدكم وجهادكم”.
