الإعلان عن نتائج التحقيق في قضية أنس رضوان

أصدرت حركة حماس مساء أمس الإثنين، بياناً للرأي العام حول قضية نجل القيادي إسماعيل رضوان “أنس” في مكرمة الحج لعوائل شهداء الشعب الفلسطيني.

وقالت الحركة في بيانٍ وصل ” فلسطين نيوز “: إنه “إيماناً منا في حركة حماس بمتابعة القضايا التي تهم شعبنا ومواطنينا خاصة ما تتعلق بالرأي والسلوك العام، وتمس ضوابط النظام والقانون وقيم العدالة والشفافية، فقد تابعت قيادة الحركة ما تداوله النشطاء عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي فيما يخص سفر المواطن أنس إسماعيل رضوان للحج هذا العام (1441هـ) ضمن المكرمة لعائلات شهداء الشعب الفلسطيني”.

وأضافت: “قد تم تشكيل لجنة لتقصي الحقائق حول الموضوع واستمعت الحركة إلى كل من له علاقة بالموضوع، وبعد انتهاء اللجنة من عملها تبين أن بعض الإجراءات والمعاملات الإدارية قد خالفت الأعراف والضوابط والإجراءات المعتمدة والمتفق عليها في تنفيذ منحة مكرمة الحج والتي تدار من قبل (مؤسسة رعاية أسر الشهداء والجرحى)”.

وأكدت الحركة على أنه بناءً على نتائج اللجنة، تقرر تغريم المواطن أنس رضوان بدفع مبلغ وقدره خمسة آلاف دينار أردني قيمة تكاليف فرصة ومنحة الحج لأصحابها الأصليين الأبناء والبنات، حيث توزع وفق الشريعة الإسلامية إحقاقاً للحق لأنه أخذ حقاً ليس له.

كما أشارت إلى أنه قد تم اعتماد توصيات اللجنة الأخرى بالعقوبات للمخالفين للإجراءات والأعراف بما يتناسب مع أخطائهم ومخالفاتهم.

اختتمت الحركة بيانها: “نؤكد لأبناء شعبنا أننا سنبقى وقافين عند حدود الله وحقوق الناس لا تأخذنا لومة لائم حتى لو كان من أقرب الناس إلينا، وشعارنا قوله تعالي (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ)”.
