وزارة التنمية الإجتماعية بغزة تعلن عن فتح باب التسجيل لترميم منازل الأسر الفقيرة
وصل شبكة فلسطين نيوز إعلان صادر عن وزارة التنمية الإجتماعية ووزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان بقطاع غزة تعلن فيه عن إطلاق الخدمة الإلكترونية لبرنامج تحسين السكن للأسر الفقيرة والتي تهدف إلى حصر الأسر التي لديها بيوت بحاجة إلى تحسين ظروف السكن الخاصة بها وإعداد قواعد بيانات متكاملة وموحدة .
الحالات المسموح لها بتقديم الطلبات
1- ذكر متزوج لديه أسرة مكونة من 5 أفراد على الأقل ( لا يسمح بالتقدم إلا باسم الزوج فقط ).
2- أنثى أرملة أو مطلقة أو مهجورة من الحالات المستفيدة من برنامج وزارة التنمية الإجتماعية .
3- أنثى عزباء فوق 40 سنة .
4- ذكر متزوج فوق سن 50 عام ولا يوجد له أبناء .
5- أن تكون الأسرة فقيرة وليس لها أي مصدر دخل ممن تنطبق عليها أي من الحالات السابقة.
6- ألا يكون التقدم قد استفاد مسبقاًمن مشاريع ترميم زادت قيمتها عن 3000 دولار من أي جهة كانت.
ملاحظات
1- لا يدخل طلب الحصول على وحدة سكنية ( شقة سكنية) ضمن الخدمة.
2- سيعقب تقديم الطلبات إجراء مسح هندسي وإجتماعي للمتقدمين لتحديد درجة الاستحقاق بناءً على المعايير المعتمدة للحد الأدنى الملائم للسكن.
3- سيتم التواصل مع الأسر المستحقة حسب الأولوية الأعلى في حال توفر تمويل سواء حكومي أو من جهات أخرى .
4- الخدمة الكترونية فقط ولا يوجد تقديم طلبات ورقية أو مراجعة مباشرة في الوزارات .
طريقة التسجيل
– للتسجيل من خلال تقديم طلب عبر نظام الدخول الموحد وذلك بالضغط ( هنا )
– يبدأ التسجيل من تاريخ 24/4/2022 وحتى تاريخ 24/6/2022 .
