8. القدرة عى التحليل والتعامل مع القضايا بشكل قانوني مناسب.
9. القدرة على استخدام برامج الحاسوب ذات العلاقة.
10. القدرة على إعداد التقارير.
11. قدرة على الاتصال الفعال والعمل بروح الفريق.
12. القدرة على تنظيم الأعمال وتنسيقها ومتابعتها بشكل جيد.
13. إجادة اللغة العربية.
14. معرفة باللغة الإنجليزية.

مهام الوظيفة:
1. المشاركة في دراسة القضايا وإعداد مذكرة تفصيلية وقانونية بالقضية أو الموضوع للرد عليها.
2. المشاركة في أعمال لجان التحقيق.
3. متابعة الشكاوى والقضايا القانونية أمام القضاء والنيابة العامة وجهات الاختصاص.
4. إعداد توصيات لجان التحقيق ومتابعة اجراءاتها.
5. التصديق على التعهدات والإقرارات المحررة من قبل الموظفين.
6. فتح الملفات والسجلات الخاصة بعمل الدائرة، ومتابعة حفظ وتوثيق المستندات فيها حسب الأصول.
7. تقديم المقترحات الهادفة الى تطوير وتحديث التشريعات المنظمة في مجال العمل.
8. أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها في مجال عمله.
9. إعداد المذكرات القانونية للقضاء والنيابة العامة والمحاكم والجهات المختصة.

مؤهلات وشروط الوظيفة:
1. أن يكون فلسطينياً كامل الأهلية.
2. ألا يقل عمره عن 30 عاماً.
3. أن يكون حاصلاً على إجازة (الشهادة الجامعية الأولى) في الشريعة الإسلامية أو الشريعة والقانون من إحدى الجامعات الفلسطينية، أوالجامعات المعترف بها قانوناً.
4. ألا يكون محكوماً بعقوبة جناية أو بجنحة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة، ولو كان رد إليه اعتباره، وألا يكون قد صدر بحقه حكم من مجلس تأديب لعمل مخل بالشرف.
5. أن يكون لائقاً طبياً لشغل الوظيفة.
6. أن يكون محمود السيرة وحسن السمعة.
7. أن يتقن اللغة العربية.
8. أن يكون قد مارس الأعمال الكتابية في المحاكم الشرعية مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات أو مارس مهنة المحاماة الشرعية مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات.
9. ألا يكون منتمياً إلى حزب أو تنظيم سياسي.
10. شهادات أخرى.
طريقة التسجيل في الوظيفة:
تُقدم الطلبات إلى وحدة الشئون القانونية الفقهية في مقر المجلس خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الواقع في 2021/06/27 ولغاية نهاية دوام 2021/07/12 مصحوباً بالوثائق الآتية:
1. صورة مصدقة من بطاقة الهوية الشخصية + 4 صور شخصية.
2. صورة مصدقة عن الشهادة الجامعية بالإضافة إلى كشف درجات مصدق من وزارة التربية والتعليم بتصديق حديث.
3 . شهادة حسن سير وسلوك.

5. أي دورات حصل عليها المتقدم مصدقة من ساحة رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء الشرعي.
ملاحظة: سيتم الإعلان عن أسماء المقبولين للتقدم للمسابقة القضائية في وقت لاحق إن شاء الله.
