صرف الدفعة الأولى لمتأخرات قطاع الإنشاءات خلال 10 أيام
قال وزير المالية شكري بشارة إنه بناء على موافقة مجلس الوزراء على سداد متأخرات قطاع الإنشاءات التي تشكل 11% من مجمل متأخرات القطاع الخاص، سيتم المباشرة في صرف الدفعة الأولى خلال 10 أيام من، اليوم الأربعاء، بواقع 25%.
وأضاف بشارة خلال لقائه مجلس إدارة اتحاد المقاولين الفلسطينيين برئاسة زاهر الحميدات ، إلى أنه سيتم استكمال عملية الصرف للمبالغ المتبقية شهريا بواقع 25% من نهاية كل شهر وذلك للأشهر (11/2019 + 12/2019 + شهر 1/2020).
وبحث اللقاء العديد من القضايا التي تهم قطاع المقاولات على رأسها مطالبات المقاولين لدى وزارة المالية.
وأكد بشارة أن قطاع الإنشاءات الفلسطيني هو أكبر محرك للاقتصاد ودينمو للدوران المالي في شرايين الاقتصاد.
وتم الاتفاق على تشكيل لجنة متابعة ما بين وزارة المالية والاتحاد ولمتابعة كافة القضايا ذات العلاقة المشتركة، على أن يكون لها اجتماع دوري بحد أدنى كل شهر.
وتم مناقشة موضوع الفوائد التي تتقاضاها البنوك، التي تعتبر معوق أمام السيولة والنشاط الاقتصادي، وتم التوافق بالعمل على الضغط باتجاه تخفيض فوائد الإقراض والعمولات.
