الوصف الوظيفي
جمعية التأهيل والتدريب الاجتماعي – النصيرات (NRSTA) هي جمعية أهلية غير حكومية تأسست عام 1991 لتلبية احتياجات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مخيم النصيرات والمحافظة الوسطى، وتعمل الجمعية وفقاً لمصفوفة التأهيل المبني على المجتمع (CBR Matrix) على تحسين جودة حياة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتمكينهم ودمجهم في المجتمع، من خلال برنامج بناء القدرات والامتثال لمبادئ حقوق الإنسان والحكم الرشيد، وتستهدف فئات الشباب والمرأة والطفل وكبار السن من ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم. وهي واحدة من المؤسسات التي تقدم خدمات فعالة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مثل (التعليم، التأهيل، الدمج، الدعم النفسي، التدريب، المناصرة والتمكين الاقتصادي وغيرها من الخدمات)، وتخدم الجمعية ضمن برامجها منطقة جغرافية وديموغرافية واسعه تشمل جميع مناطق المحافظة الوسطى.
تقدم الجمعية خدمات التعليم للأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة في المحافظة الوسطى، وبالشراكة ودعم من وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين- الأونروا، وذلك من خلال «مدرسة بيسان للتربية الخاصة». وهي مدرسة مرخصة من وزارة التربية والتعليم، وتستهدف الطلبة من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، والطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المرحلتين الإبتدائية والإعدادية. ويعمل في المدرسة نخبة من المدرسين والمدرسات ذوي الخبرة الطويلة، والمتخصصين والمؤهلين والمدربين للتعامل مع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من خلال استخدام الأدوات والأساليب التربوية الخاصة.
وعليه وصل شبكة وظائف فلسطين إعلان توظيف صادر عن الجمعية تعلن فيه عن رغبتها بتوظيف ناظر/ة مدرسة وفقاً للوصف التالي:
– المسمى الوظيفي: مدير/ة مدرسة بيسان للتربية الخاصة
– مقر العمل: جمعية التأهيل والتدريب الاجتماعي – النصيرات (NRSTA)
– نوع العقد: عقد فصلي – دوام كامل (100%) – قابل للتجديد.
– تاريخ البدء: في أقرب وقت ممكن.
– مدة العقد: فصلي (تشمل 3 شهور تجريبية).
• اتباع السياسات والمناهج الأكاديمية
• تطوير ومتابعة معايير قياس النجاح المؤسسي
• مساعدة المعلمين على تعظيم إمكاناتهم التعليمية
• القدرة على إعداد الخطط والجداول المدرسية.
• الاجتماع والاستماع إلى مخاوف الطلاب وأولياء الأمور بشكل منتظم
• تقديم الدعم والمساعدة اللازمة للمعلمين
• المشاركة الفعالة في اجتماعات قطاعات التعليم والمجموعات العنقودية
• الاجتماع مع أولياء الأمور والإداريين بشكل منتظم لحل المشاكل
• فرض الانضباط والالتزام الإداري والاكاديمي
• توفير جو نفسي واجتماعي يُمكّن للطلاب من خلاله تحقيق أقصى إمكاناتهم.
• العمل على التخطيط للبرامج الهادفة الخاصة بالمدرسة
• المساهمة في تحقيق مخرجات برنامج التعليم والمتمثلة في :
1- تنمية القدرات التعليمية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية وذوي صعوبات التعلم وتعزيز إمكانياتهم الذهنية والعقلية.
2- إكساب الطفل ذو الإعاقة السمعية لغة الإشارة لتسهيل عملية الاتصال بينه وبين المجتمع المحلي.
3- تحسين الوضع النفسي والتعليمي والاجتماعي.
4- دمج الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في المجتمع.
️• المسئولية الكاملة عن أداء العاملين تحت إشرافه/ا.
• التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لمتابعة أداء العمل.
️• تدريب العاملين في البرنامج على أنشطة العمل.
️• إعداد وكتابة التقارير الإدارية الخاصة ببرامج العمل في البرنامج.
️• تأدية ما يسند من أعمال مماثلة.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
️• أن ي/تكون حاصل/ة على درجة البكالوريوس أو الليسانس في التربية أو التربية الخاصة أو ما يعادلها من تخصصات ذات علاقة.
️• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل كمدير مدرسة أو مدير برنامج للتعليم، أو في مجال التعليم، أو شغله/ـا لأي دور قيادي أو إشرافي تربوي.
️• مهارات قيادية وتربوية لتطوير تجربة تعليمية مثمرة لكل من المعلمين والطلاب.
️• مهارات حل المشكلات لتحسين أداء المعلم وتحسين درجات الطلاب.
️• مهارة عالية في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت والبرامج المكتبية.
️• يفضل اتقان لغة الإشارة للصم.
️• معرفة القوانين والأنظمة والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
️• يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة وقراءة.
• القدرة على الاتصال والتواصل والتشبيك والتنسيق مع المؤسسات ذات العلاقة.
️• خبرة في العمل في مجال الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
️•القدرة على تطوير ومواءمة المناهج الحكومية بما يتناسب مع حاجات الفئة المستهدفة.
️• خبرة في إعداد التقارير الإدارية.
️• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، والتحلي بروح العمل التطوعي والعمل ضمن فريق.
