ماذا سلمت فصائل غزة طرفى الانقسام الفلسطيني بخصوص المصالحة ؟
كشف عضو المكتب السياسي لحزب الشعب الفلسطيني وليد العوض، اليوم الخميس، أن الفصائل ستسلم قيادة حركتي “فتح وحماس” ومصر رؤية وطنية لتحقيق الوحدة وإنهاء الانقسام.
وقال العوض في مقابلة مع قناة الغد الفضائية إن الرؤية الوطنية تقوم على 4 بنود، أولها اعتبار كل الاتفاقيات الموقعة منذ 2005 وحتى اليوم مرجعية لتنفيذ اتفاق المصالحة.
وأضاف العوض فيما يخص البند الثاني عقد اجتماع لجنة تفعيل وتطوير منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية ” الأمناء العامون” خلال شهر أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2019 في العاصمة المصرية القاهرة بحضور الرئيس محمود عباس، وتكون مهام هذا الاجتماع الاتفاق على رؤية وبرنامج واستراتيجية وطنية نضالية مشتركة، والاتفاق على تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية انتقالية، والرقابة على عملها وفق القانون إلى حين إجراء الانتخابات الشاملة، ومهمتها الأساسية توحيد المؤسسات الفلسطينية وكسر الحصار عن قطاع غزة وتعزيز مقومات الصمود للشعب الفلسطيني في الضفة لمواجهة الاستيطان والتهويد، وتسهيل إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية والتشريعية تحت إشراف لجنة الانتخابات المركزية.
ويعتبر البند الثالث المرحلة من أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2019 وحتى يوليو/تموز 2020 مرحلة انتقالية لتحقيق الوحدة الوطنية وإنهاء الانقسام، يتخللها تهيئة المناخات الإيجابية على الأرض بما فيها وقف التصريحات الإعلامية التصعيدية من جميع الأطراف، والتراجع عن كافة الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الحكومة الفلسطينية ومست حياة المواطنين في قطاع غزة.
والبند الرابع، بتعلق بالجدول الزمني للمرحلة الانتقالية عقد اجتماع لجنة تفعيل وتطوير المنظمة “الأمناء العامون” خلال شهر أكتوبر/تشرين الأول على أن تضع على جدول أعمالها تنفيذ الأمور التالية: الاتفاق على تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية انتقالية بما لا يتجاوز نهاية عام 2019، وآليات تسلمها مهامها والفترة الزمنية، وتوحيد القوانين الانتخابية للمؤسسات الوطنية الفلسطينية، واستئناف اجتماعات اللجنة التحضيرية للبدء بالتحضير لإجراء انتخابات المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني وفق قانون التمثيل النسبي الكامل فور انتهاء اجتماع لجنة تفعيل المنظمة، والتوافق في المناطق التي يتعذر إجراء الانتخابات فيها، وإجراء الانتخابات الشاملة ” التشريعية والرئاسية والمجلس الوطني” في منتصف 2020.
ودعا العوض الشعب الفلسطيني الالتفاف حول المبادرة التي تم صياغتها بما لا يسمح لأحد الاعتراض عليها إلا إذا كان مصرا على استمرار الانقسام على حد قوله.
وأكد العوض على أن سلسلة اجتماعات ستعقد خلال الأسبوع المقبل بما فيها عقد مؤتمر شعبي من أجل الاتفاق على آليات الضغط لمن يعطل هذه الرؤية.
