النيابة بغزة تحصل على أحكام مشددة لتجار مخدرات وآخرِين
استحصلت النيابة العامة في غزة يوم الأحد، على عدة أحكام مشددة لتجار مخدرات وآخرِين، بعد مرافعتها أمام هيئة الجنايات الكبرى.
وأوضحت النيابة في بيان وصل فلسطين نيوز أنه تم الحكم على المدان (م.ر) بالحبس المؤبد مع النفاذ وغرامة 20.000 دينار بتهمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة مع العود.
وأشارت إلى الحكم على المدان (أ.ر) بالحبس 10 سنوات مع النفاذ وغرامة 10.000 دينار بتهمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة، وأيضًا الحكم على المتهم (و.ه) عشر سنوات مع النفاذ، وغرامة 5 آلاف دينار بتهمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة.
وذكرت أن الأحكام جاءت بعد أن قدمت النيابة العامة البينات الرسمية والأدلة القطعية أمام المحكمة المختصة لارتكاب الجُناة الجرائم المسندة إليهم، مشددة على اهتمامها بمتابعة قضايا الرأي العام، لتحقيق الردع بحق العابثين بأمن واستقرار المجتمع.
