شهدت أسعار صرف الدولار الأمريكي في الاراضي الفلسطينية، الليلة الماضية، قفزة كبيرة أمام الشيقل، بعد انخفاض سعره منذ بداية العام في الأسواق الغزية والعالمية، مما جعل الكثير من المستثمرين والتجار يستبشرون بهذا الارتفاع عقب حالة الركود التي لازمته لمدة طويلة.
الكثير من التوقعات تُشير إلى استمرار الارتفاع على سعر الدولار في الأسواق العالمية، بعد هبوط الأسهم العالمية ورفع الفائدة الأمريكية، كما كان للتوترات التي تشهدها منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشرق أوروبا “أوكرانيا”، مما يثير العديد من التساؤلات بشأن مصير الدولار في الاراضي الفلسطينية.
الخبير والمحلل الاقتصادي أحمد أبو قمر أكد أن كل المؤشرات تشير إلى أن اتجاه الدولار صعودي مقابل الشيكل الإسرائيلي.
وتوقع أبو قمر خلال حديث لـ”فلسطين نيوز”، أن يواصل الدولار سلسلة ارتفاعاته بعد السعر الذي وصل إليه، أمس، حيث وصل عند 3.20 شيكل.
ورأى أن هناك عدة أسباب ساهمت في التأثير على ارتفاع سعر الدولار عالمياً، وأبرزها الهبوط الكبير في أسعار الأسهم العالمية، ما يؤثر على الشيقل الذي يمتلك أموال كبيرة في الأسواق العالمية.
وأضاف أبو قمر: ” السبب الثاني لهذا الارتفاع وهو ترقب لرفع سعر الفائدة الأمريكية، متوقعاً أن يتم الليلة أو غداً رفع سعر الفائدة الأمريكية، وهو ما يعطي دعم للدولار الأمريكي”.
وأوضح أن السبب الثالث لارتفاع الدولار هو وجود تحوط “خوف” لدى المستثمرين من الشيقل واتجاههم نحو العملات الأجنبية بما فيها الدولار الأمريكي، ما ساعد في رفع قيمة الدولار.
وأشار أبو قمر إلى أن التوقعات في الأسواق أمس اتجهت نحو إغلاق الدولار عند 3.20 ولكن تم الإغلاق عند 3.16، متوقعاً أن يتم الإغلاق اليوم على 3.20 .
وبيّن أن التوترات في الشرق الأوسط والنزاع بين اليمن ودول الخليج، والنزاع بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة لها دور كبير في ارتفاع مستوى الدولار.
ورجح أبو قمر أن يكون هذا العام عام ارتفاع الدولار في ظل رفع الفائدة الأمريكية، موضحاً أن لا يوجد توقع إلى أي حد سيرتفع الدولار.
ورأى أن الدولار بدأ يتخطى الحواجز بعد وصوله لمستوى 3.18، متوقعاً وصوله لمستوى فوق 3.20، موضحاً أن الاتجاه في هذه الأيام يتجه للصعود ومستوى العشرينات.
وأشار أبو قمر إلى أن الأسواق العالمية استطاعت احتواء جائحة كورونا والمتحورات الجديدة، بحيث لم تستطع التأثير على العملات العالمية.
ولفت إلى أن أسعار الذهب مرتفعة عالمياً، ومحلياً وخاصة في قطاع غزة، حيث يتجه الكثير من المستثمرين للملاذ الآمن وهو الذهب، ووصل سعره لحوالي 36 دينار للجرام الواحد.
