مهام ومسؤوليات الوظيفة:
– إدارة ومتابعة جميع حسابات الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة .
– المشاركة في تعزيز وتطويرعروض الشركة واستخدامها من خلال هذه القناة البيعية
– تحديد أهداف لفترات قصيرة وطويلة الأجل في الحفاظ على العلاقة المهنية وتعزيزها مع ممثلي الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتطوير استخدام “خدمات القيمة المضافة”.
– متابعة المؤسسات والشركات لضمان كفاءة وجودة الخدمات وفقا لكل حساب.
– تقديم المساعدة لأي شكاوى او مشاكل في جودة الخدمات المتعلقة بالحسابات والعمل على حل هذه المشاكل بأسرع وقت ممكن.
– العمل على تعريف ودعم المشترك بأي خدمات او منتجات جديدة لحساباته.
– توفير التدريب بشأن الخدمات والعروض الخاصة بخطوط الزبائن من خلال مسؤولين الحسابات.
– التأكيد على أن الأداء السليم للمهام الرئيسية وفقا للعمليات والإجراءات المتبعة يوفر خدمة جيدة للزبائن مما يدعوا على الارتياح بإنشاء حسابات جديدة للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والاحتفاظ بحق تفعيل خطوط جديدة للشركات وترحيل خطوط من برنامج تعرفة إلى آخر.
– القدرة على التعامل مع فصل الخطوط وترحيلها.
– القدرة على حل أية تعارضات بخصوص فواتير الزبائن بالتنسيق مع قسم خدمات الزبائن.
– القدرة على متابعة وتطوير حسابات الزبائن والمحافظة على علاقة وثيقة بين الزبائن ومسؤولي الحسابات ، وتوفير خدمات عالية الجودة في الدرجة الاولى لتطوير استخدام “خدمات القيمة المضافة”
المؤهلات والخبرات العملية :
– خبرة عملية ثلاث سنوات كحد ادنى في مجال المبيعات يفضل من لديه خبرة في مجال الاتصالات.
