أبو حسنة يتحدث عن آخر مستجدات ملف التعويضات للأسر في قطاع غزة

علق المتحدث باسم وكالة (أونروا) بغزة عدنان أبو حسنة، اليوم السبت، على بيان لجنة القوى الوطنية والإسلامية الأخير التي صرحت خلاله بأنه لا أسباب أمام الوكالة الأممية لتأخير البدء بإعادة الإعمار في قطاع غزة، عقب دفع المانحين الأموال وانتهاء وزارة الأشغال من حل كافة الإشكاليات المتعلقة بالأمر وتوفر مواد البناء.

وقال أبو حسنة في تصريح صحفي، إن: “عملية إعادة الإعمار في قطاع غزة بدأت فعلياً، وتمت الموافقة على 90 اسم من أصحاب البيوت المدمرة كلياً عقب الحرب الإسرائيلي الأخيرة في قطاع غزة مايو/ أيار 2021، موضحاً أن عدد الموافقات كمرحلة أولى حيث قمنا باستدعاء الأهالي للتوقيع على الأوراق وسترسل الأموال خلال أيام للبنوك من أجل البدء بالإعمار ضمن دفعات لأن المبالغ كبيرة.

وتابع: “أونروا بدأت مباشرة بعد انتهاء الحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة بكافة الإجراءات المتعلقة بعملية إعادة الإعمار، حيث قامت بدفع بدل إيجار لمدة ستة شهور لكل أصحاب البيوت التي دمرت تدميراً كاملاً وأصبحت لا تصلح للسكن”.

وأردف: “تم إنهاء ملف 7000 بيت أصيب بأضرار جسيمة ومتوسطة وخفيفة فيما يتعلق بإعادة الإعمار ودفع الأموال، أما بالنسبة للبيوت المدمرة بشكل كلي فعددها 650 بيت كان هناك اجتماعات متواصلة ما بين أونروا ووزارة الإسكان ونقابة المهندسين وأصحاب المكاتب الهندسية حول اشتراطات البدء بعملية الإعمار مثل: الأوراق الثبوتية، أوراق الملكية، بعض المانحين يتطلب إجراءات تتعلق بالبيئة والأمان”.

ويشار إلى أن لجنة المتابعة للقوى الوطنية والإسلامية أصدرت، الخميس الماضي، تصريحاً صحفياً، حول تطورات ملف إعادة الاعمار للبيوت المدمرة في العدوان الأخير على قطاع غزة.

وقالت اللجنة: “نتابع منذ شهور وعن كثب تطورات ملف إعادة الإعمار بعد العدوان الصهيوني الأخير على قطاع غزة في معركة “سيف القدس” في شهر مايو ٢٠٢١، على أمل أن يتمكن أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني العظيم، والذي ضحى بالغالي والرخيص في سبيل حريته وكرامته، أن يعودوا إلى بيوتهم التي دمرها الاحتلال الغاشم، وخاصة أصحاب البيوت المدمرة تدميراً كلياً”.

وأضافت: “وبهذه المناسبة نتقدم بكل الشكر والتقدير لكل الدول والمنظمات التي حولت الأموال للمساهمة في إعادة الإعمار.

وتابعت  اللجنة: “تفاجئنا أثناء المتابعة مع كل الجهات المعنية أن ملف إعادة الإعمار لأصحاب الهدم الكلي من اللاجئين، والذي تكفلت وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين (أونروا) بإنجازه، وهو حوالي ٧٠٠ بيت موزعة على كل محافظات القطاع، لم ينجز فيه شئ حتى اللحظة، رغم أن كل متطلبات الانطلاق في إعادة الإعمار متوفرة، حيث دفعت الأموال من المانحين وتتوفر المواد اللازمة للبناء وعملت وزارة الأشغال على حل كل الإشكاليات التي تواجه الوكالة في إدارة الملف”.
