رحّب رئيس المكتب الإعلامي الحكومي سلامة معروف بقيام بعض محطات الغاز في قطاع غزة بتقليص هامش ربحها وتخفيض سعر أسطوانة الغاز للمواطن.
وقال معروف الخميس في تصريح صحفي:” نرى أن هذا السلوك المجتمعي التنافسي يراعي وضع أبناء شعبنا وينسجم مع سياسة لجنة متابعة العمل الحكومي التي دعمت المحروقات وغيرها من السلع الأساسية خلال الشهور الستة الماضية، حتى تحافظ قدر المستطاع على أسعارها دون تغيير، رغم الزيادات المتواصلة في أسعارها من المصدر بسبب موجة الغلاء العالمي”.
ولفت معروف إلى أن قدرة المؤسسة الحكومية بغزة على دعم السلع، تبقى مرتبطة بإمكانياتها المحدودة جراء الحصار الاقتصادي الذي يمنعها من دفع كامل الراتب لموظفيها، “وأيضا نظرا لأن النسبة العظمى من السلع تأتي عبر معبر كرم أبو سالم، الذي تتحكم فيها وأسعارها وزارة المالية برام الله”.
وعبّر عن أمله بتضافر الجهود المجتمعية مع الجهود الحكومية، للحد من التأثيرات السلبية لموجة الغلاء العالمي على مجتمعنا الذي يعتمد بشكل شبه كامل في احتياجاته على الاستيراد من الخارج.
