انقطع الاتصال بموظف في تشيلي بعد أن تقاضى راتباً بـ180 ألف دولار بدلاً من 542 دولاراً، أي ما يعادل 286 ضعف راتبه الأساسي، بسبب خطأ من قسم الموارد البشرية.
ويعمل الشخص الهارب موظفاً في إحدى أكبر شركات تبريد اللحوم في تشيلي، التي طالبته بإعادة الأموال الزائدة، ليرد عليها بخطاب استقالته منها.
ووفقاً لصحيفة “Diario Financiero”، فإن الشركة دفعت للموظف عن طريق الخطأ أكثر من 165 مليون بيزو تشيلي، ما يُعادل 180 ألف دولار، بدلاً من 500 ألف بيزو (542 دولاراً) كان يستحقها، في 30 مايو/أيار.
وأضافت الصحيفة أن أحد العاملين في الشركة أبلغ نائب المدير عن الخطأ في مدفوعاته الشهرية، ليتبين بعد التحقق أنها ذهبت لحساب أحد الموظفين في الموارد البشرية، حيث حوّلت رواتب جميع موظفي الشركة إلى شخص واحد.
وبعد التحقق من الخطأ، طُلب من الموظف إعادة الأموال الزائدة، ووعد بزيارة البنك الذي يتعامل معه لإعادتها، إلا أن الشركة تفاجأت أنه قدّم استقالته من منصبه عن طريق شركة محاماة واختفى عن الأنظار.
وحاولت الشركة الاتصال بالموظف بعد أن فشل البنك في إخطاره بإعادة الأموال، لكن الرسائل لم يُردّ عليها.
وحسب الشركة، فقد اتخذت إجراءات قانونية بشأن ما تعتبره جريمة اختلاس، وتأمل أن تتمكن على الأقل من استرداد جزء من المبلغ، لكن الموظف اختفى، ولم يعد له أي أثر.
