وزارة المالية بغزة تعلن لموظفيها موعد بدء التسجيل للاستفادة من المستحقات

أعلنت وزارة المالية في قطاع غزة لموظفيها ، بدء التسجيل للتسهيلات المقدمة من الوزارة بخصوص الاستفادة من المستحقات صباح يوم الأحد الموافق 13/10/2019 .

وأوضحت المالية في بيان صارد عنها اليوم الخميس ، أن التسجيل من أجل الاستفادة من المستحقات المالية سيكون على النحو التالي :-

 

1. الطلاب الخريجون ولم يحصلوا على شهاداتهم والطلاب ممن هم على مقاعد الدراسة سيكون التسجيل إلكتروني عبر موقع الوزارة من خلال الدخول الموحد .

2. حالات الزواج والوفاة سيكون التسجيل من خلال تقديم الأوراق الثبوتية عبر وزارة كل موظف .

3. استقبال حالات العلاج كما هو معمول به حالياً من خلال وزارة كل موظف .

وأشارت الوزارة أنه لن يتم قبول أي طلب بشكل فردي من الموظفين، مبينةً أن الأوراق الثبوتية اللازمة من أجل التقدم هي :

الأوراق الثبوتية لحالات الزواج :

– وثيقة الزواج اعتباراً من تاريخ 1/10/2019 .

– شهادة من مختار الحي تفيد بأنه لم يتم الزفاف.

– ستكون الأولوية للسن الأكبر .

الأوراق الثبوتية لحالات الوفاة :

– شهادة وفاة لمن توفاهم الله اعتباراً من تاريخ 1/10/2019 مرفق بها صلة قرابة المُتوفى بالموظف من أقارب الدرجة الأولى .

– أن يكون المتوفى أحد مُعالي الموظف .
