أحبطت قوات الأمن الوطني محاولة تسلل إلى الأراضي المصرية عبر الحدود الجنوبية لقطاع غزة فجر اليوم الجمعة، وقد وقع تبادل لإطلاق النار مع ثلاثة مُسلحين، قبل أن تتمكن القوات من اعتقالهم وضبط الأسلحة التي بحوزتهم.
وقد تمت إحالة المعتقلين الثلاثة إلى التحقيق لدى جهاز الأمن الداخلي، ولا زالت قوات الأمن الوطني تُجري عملية تمشيط على طول الحدود الجنوبية مع مصر.
