يديعوت تكشف عن حدث خطير أصاب نخبة البحرية الإسرائيلية .. !
نشرت صحيفة “يديعوت أحرنوت” العبرية، اليوم الأربعاء، تحقيقاً أجرته قبل 20 عاماً، يكشف الكارثة التي تعرضت لها جنود النخبة البحرية الإسرائيلية (شييتت) أثناء الغوص في مجرى نهر “كيشون” في إسرائيل.
وقالت الصحيفة، أنه بعد مرور 20 عاماً على التحقيق في عملية مجرى نهر “كيشون”، أتضح أن الكارثة قد تفاقمت نتائجها، بعد أن دخل 500 مقاتل من كبار نخبة البحرية (شييتت)، غوصاً في نهر ملوث بمواد سامة، ليصبحوا اليوم مصابون بمرض السرطان، مات منهم 100 ومازال الناجون يكافحون من أجل اعتراف وزارة الأمن الإسرائيلية بهم.
وشددت على أن معاناتهم لا نهاية لها مع إسرائيل التي أدرت ظهرها لهم، ولم تتابع صحة الغواصين الذين يصارعون المرض، ولم تقدم رعاية لأسرهم ولا منحتهم الاحترام الذي يقدم لجنود الجيش الإسرائيلي، مشيرةً إلى أن هؤلاء الجنود المرضى، ليسوا عشرات ، وليسوا 100 أو 200 مريض ، إنهم حوالي 500 مريض، حوالي 100 منهم ماتوا.
وأوضحت الصحيفة العبرية، أن أحد الجنود الذين بقوا على قيد الحياة وينتظر الموت بسبب تلك الحادثة قبل 19 عاماً يقول: “لم أتخيل في ذاك اليوم أن يصبح وضعي هكذا، وأن تتركني إسرائيل لوحدي، لقد وجدنا أنفسنا مقاتلين متروكين لمصيرهم، يضطرون لشن حرب ليس فقط من أجل حياتهم، ولكن من أجل كرامتهم ومسؤولية إسرائيل تجاههم”.
وأشارت صحيفة “يديعوت أحرنوت” أن الحدث وقع عام 2000، حيث هزت قضية السرطان التي تم كشف النقاب عنها على الصفحة الرئيسية لملحق 7 أيام الخاص بـ”يديعوت”.
وأكدت على أن التحقيق الصحفي أجبر الجيش الإسرائيلي على الاعتراف بأنه على مدار سنوات كان قد أرسل أفضل مقاتليه للغوص في مجرى مياه ملوثة.
