حكمت المحكمة العسكرية فى غزة علي المدان/ عادل السيد المشوخي عسكري من مرتبات المقر العام برتبة مساعد أ سكان رفح مواليد1984 بالتهم التالية :-

1- مناهضة السياسة العامة بالسجن 6شهور
2-إهانة الشعور الديني بالسجن 6شهور
3- السلوك المعيب بالسجن 6شهور
ويتم تطبيق الحكم بالتوالي.
