الإعلام الإسرائيلي يكشف تفاصيل جديدة حول مباحثات التهدئة في غزة

قال وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي، يسرائيل كاتس: إنه لن يكون هناك اتفاق على ترتيبات مع قطاع غزة دون إعادة الجنود الإسرائيليين المحتجزين لدى المقاومة، مستدركاً: “لكن يمكن التوصل لتهدئة”.

وحسب القناة الإسرائيلية الـ 12، فلم يضع مجلس الوزراء الإسرائيلي اللمسات الأخيرة على النقاش حول الترتيبات في غزة يوم أمس- التي تقترحها إسرائيل، والتي صاغها مئير بن شبات رئيس مجلس الأمن القومي، والتي ستقدم للوسيط المصري بعد إقرارها في الكبينيت لعرضها على حماس”.

ونقلت القناة، عن مسؤول سياسي كبير، قوله: “إذا كان هناك اتفاق، فسيبقى الأسرى والمفقودين هناك، حيث بدأ الكبينيت مناقشة مسألة الترتيبات واستمع إلى مراجعة للوضع في غزة”. 

وأكملت القناة: “في الأسابيع الأخيرة تم إحراز تقدم في هذه الاتصالات”، فيما كشفت صحيفة (يديعوت أحرونوت) الإسرائيلية في وقت سابق، أنه تم بالفعل الاتفاق على معظم القضايا ويريد رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو إكمال الموضوع حتى قبل الانتخابات.

وأشارت الصحيفة، إلى أن حماس نفت هذه التفاصيل، وأنه وفقاً للمقترح المقدم أمام الكبينيت من قبل مئير بن شبات، تكون الاتفاقية لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات. في المرحلة الأولى ، من المتوقع أن توافق إسرائيل على دخول 5000 عامل من قطاع غزة. يعارض الأمن الداخلي دخول العمال من غزة لأسباب أمنية.

وحسب صحيفة (يديعوت أحرونوت): “ستوافق إسرائيل أيضاً على تقديم الإغاثة المدنية للفلسطينيين في غزة مقابل تحسينات أمنية، كما سيتم زيادة مساحة الصيد، وسيتم إدخال البضائع وزيادة عدد تصاريح التجار الذين يدخلون إسرائيل من 5000 إلى 6000”. 

وتابعت الصحيفة: “ستتعهد حماس بتجنب إطلاق الصواريخ وتكثيف جهودها لمنع إطلاق النار من العناصر الأخرى. سيتم أيضًا تقليل فعاليات مسيرة العودة إلى حدها الكامل”.

وتضيف الصحيفة: “هناك عدد من الثغرات في اتفاق الارتيبات: يبدو أنه لا يتضمن حلاً لقضية السجناء والمفقودين، لا يوجد حل لمنع تكثيف حماس لقوتها ومحاولات توجيه العمليات في الضفة الغربية”.
