“إخوان مصر” تؤيد وثيقة المعارض محمد علي: “أساس للتعاون”
– يعد البيان أول خطوة إجرائية معلنة من الجماعة، قبل أسابيع قليلة من ذكرى ثورة يناير/ كانون ثان 2011.
– خطوة الجماعة تأتي بعد تأكيدها في 12 ديسمبر/ كانون أول الجاري، تنازلها عن ما تعتبره “شرعية الرئيس”، عقب وفاة مرسي، قبل أشهر.
– لم تعلق السلطات المصرية على الوثيقة ولا بيان الجماعة، غير أنها تعتبر عادة مصدر الأولى “خائنا للوطن”، والثانية محظورة بالبلاد.
قالت جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بمصر، إنها “تؤيد” وثيقة الفنان والمقاول المعارض للنظام محمد علي، لتوافق المعارضة ضد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، معتبرة إياها “أساسا مناسبا للتعاون”.
جاء ذلك في بيان أورده الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي للجماعة المحظورة بمصر منذ 2013، عقب إعلان السيسي الذي كان وزير دفاع بعهد الرئيس الراحل محمد مرسي، الإطاحة بالأخير الذي كان منتميا للجماعة.
وأوضح طلعت فهمي، المتحدث الإعلامي باسم الجماعة، أنه تم “الاطلاع على وثيقة التوافق المصري التي أعلنها محمد علي مساء الجمعة”.
وأضاف: “ترى الجماعة أن هذه الوثيقة تعد أساسًا مناسبًا لتعاون المخلصين من أبناء الوطن (..) لإقامة دولة مدنية ديمقراطية حديثة، تختار مؤسساتها ورئيسها عبر انتخابات حرة ونزيهة”.
وتابع: “إذ تؤيد الجماعة هذه الخطوة فإنها تهيب بكل القوى الوطنية سرعة الالتقاء معًا في صف واحد”، مشيدا بتضحيات المصريين ومرسي.
وقال إن “الجماعة تعاهد الله ثم الشعب المصري العظيم على مواصلة مسيرة الكفاح، مع أبنائه الشرفاء، دون أن تتقدم عليهم أو تتأخر عنهم”.
ويعد البيان أول خطوة إجرائية معلنة من الجماعة، قبل أسابيع قليلة من ذكرى ثورة يناير/ كانون ثان 2011، وذلك بعد تأكيدها في 12 ديسمبر/ كانون أول الجاري، تنازلها عن ما تعتبره “شرعية الرئيس”، عقب وفاة مرسي، قبل أشهر.
ومنذ الإطاحة بمرسي في يوليو/ تموز 2013، ترفض التنازل عن “شرعية مرسي”، وتتمسك بها مما شكل “عائقا”، وفق مراقبين، لرفض معارضين لها وللسيسي، الاتفاق معها على هذه النقطة لاسيما ممن كان يعارضونها إبان كان مرسي بالحكم (2012-2013).
وآنذاك قالت الجماعة في بيان إنه بوفاة مرسي “تكون الشرعية عادت إلى الشعب المصري صاحب الحق الأصيل فيها، يعطيها لمن شاء من أبنائه عبر انتخابات حرة ونزيهة”.
وهذا التمسك بشرعية مرسي كان يعتبره مؤيدون للنظام أمرا غير معقول، خاصة مع مجئ السيسي بانتخابات، حتى وإن شكك البعض في نزاهتها.
وأثار ظهور محمد على ودعوته لمظاهرات محدودة ونادرة في سبتمبر/أيلول الماضي، قلقا واسعا بالبلاد، قبل أن يقلل السيسي منها ويؤكد قدرته على حشد ملايين المؤيدين بالميادين.
والجمعة أعلن “علي” وثيقة تمضنت 8 مبادئ عامة و11 بندا لأولويات العمل خلال المرحلة المقبلة، تشمل أن “يكون نظام الحكم في مصر مدنيا ديمقراطيا والتداول السلمي للسلطة، وتفعيل العدالة الانتقالية والمصالحة المجتمعية، وتغيير النظام وإطلاق سراح السجناء السياسيين.
وتأتي تلك الوثيقة تنفيذا لدعوة أطلقها المقاول المعارض في 20 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الماضي لإعلان ما أسماه “المشروع الوطني الجامع للمعارضة”.
ولم تعلق السلطات المصرية على الوثيقة ولا بيان الجماعة، غير أنها تعتبر عادة مصدر الأولى “خائنا للوطن”، والثانية محظورة بالبلاد.
وتنفي السلطات المصرية وجود سجناء سياسيين لديها، وتؤكد عدم تمييزها بين المحتزين، وتقول عادة إن الجيش حامي لمدنية الدولة ولن تسمح باستيلاء أحد عليها أو تخريبها، في إطار المواجهة بالقانون.
