مالية غزة تعد بتحسين نسبة صرف رواتب الموظفين

وعدت وزارة المالية بغزة، كافة موظفي القطاع الحكومي بالعمل على تحسين نسبة الراتب وفق الامكانيات المتاحة.

جاء ذلك، أمس الخميس خلال استقبال وكيل وزارة المالية عوني الباشا، وفداً من نقابة الموظفين العموميين لمناقشة بعض القضايا المتعلقة بموظفي القطاع الحكومي.

واستعرض الباشا للوفد الزائر ما قدمته وزارته خلال الفترة الماضية خاصة التسهيلات المقدمة للموظفين بالاستفادة من مستحقاتهم المالية لدى الوزارة.

وأكد الباشا أن وزارته تولي اهتماماً كبيراً بالموظفين وتسعى للتخفيف عنهم في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي يعانوا منها، مشدداً أن وزارته ستعمل على تحسين نسبة الراتب وفق الامكانيات المتاحة.

بدوره، ثمن نقيب الموظفين يعقوب الغندور دور وزارة المالية الكبير في تقديم تسهيلات خاصة بالموظفين وذويهم، مقدماً شكره العميق للوزارة وموظفيها الذين يعملون ليل نهار لتحسين الإيراد العام بما ينعكس ايجاباً على تحسين نسبة صرف الراتب الشهري.

واتفق الطرفان على ضرورة استمرار التعاون والتنسيق ودراسة المعايير والآليات التي تخفف عن كاهل الموظفين، رغم الظروف الصعبة والأزمة المالية الخانقة التي يعاني منها قطاع غزة.
