السفير الفلسطيني بالإمارات يُوضح حقيقة استخراج “فيز” للعمل عبر مكاتب سياحية بغزة
نفى سفير دولة فلسطين، لدى الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عصام مصالحة، حقيقة ما تُعلن عنه بعض مكاتب السياحة والسفر بقطاع غزة، حول إخراج (فيزا) للعمل في الإمارات، من قطاع غزة، دون حاجة المواطنين للسفر.
وأضاف مصالحة : “من الممكن لمكاتب السفر توفير (فيزا سياحية) إلى الإمارات، فالإمارات مفتوحة للسياحة أمام كل الجنسيات بشكل عام، ولكن (فيزا العمل) لا يمكن إخراجها عن طريق مكاتب سياحية بقطاع غزة، وبشكل نهائي”.
وتحدث السفير الفلسطيني في الإمارات عن وضع الجالية الفلسطينية في الإمارات، وطبيعة العلاقات بين فلسطين والإمارات، وفيما يلي نص مقابلة “دنيا الوطن” مع السفير مصالحة:
سعادة السفير.. تعلن بعض مكاتب السياحة والسفر والخدمات في قطاع غزة عن توفير (إقامات عمل) بالإمارات مقابل مبالغ مالية.. فما حقيقة تلك الإعلانات؟
من غير المنطق الحصول على إقامة عمل، دون معرفة أين يقع مكان العمل، وشكل العمل، والعقود والشروط، وكل تلك القضايا لا يمكن الإقدام عليها دون توقيع الشخص بنفسه على عقد عمل واضح، مع الجهة التي سيعمل بها، وقراءة شروط العمل والموافقة عليه.
من الممكن لمكاتب السفر توفير (فيزا سياحية) إلى الإمارات، فالإمارات مفتوحة للسياحة أمام كل الجنسيات بشكل عام، ولكن (فيزا العمل) لا يمكن وبشكل نهائي، فللعمل يجب أن يكون الشخص على اتصال بالشركة التي يريد العمل بها، وحاصل على عقد عمل، وموافق على كل شروطها، وواثق من الشركة ومكانها وعلى علم بمن يديرها ومن يترأسها، ويتصل بهم من خلال الهاتف والفيديو.
لا أريد اتهام المكاتب، ولكن يجب أن يتأكد أي شخص قبل أن يغامر، صحيح (فيزا سياحية) موجودة، أما العمل فخاضع لقوانين العمل، وكل شيء بالإمارات موجود على الإنترنت من خلال الدخول إلى موقع وزارة العمل، وموقع الهجرة والجوازات، مر علينا الكثير من المشاكل بسبب أشخاص ضُحك عليهم، وهي عملية من البداية للنهاية غير صحيحة.
كيف تصف لنا وضع الجالية الفلسطينية في الإمارات.. هل يواجهون أي مشاكل؟
لا يوجد لدى الجالية الفلسطينية في الإمارات أي مشاكل، وضع الجالية ممتاز، ويتم التعامل معهم بشكل ممتاز، بالعكس الفلسطيني يمنح فيزا سياحية لدولة الإمارات عن طريق المكاتب السياحية، سواء من غزة أو من حملة الوثائق السورية واللبنانية، لا يوجد أي مشكلة أبداً.
إذا جاء المواطن إلى الإمارات يبحث عن فرصة عمل مثله مثل الآخرين، هناك بعض الإجراءات المتعلقة بالعمل، فهذا أمر يعود لكل شركة بنفسها، لكن بشكل عام نحن نتمتع بمعاملة بشكل أو بآخر تعتبر جيدة.
لا يوجد أي مشاكل في تجديد الإقامات بالإمارات، هناك أناس يعيشون في الإمارات منذ 50 عاماً، ولا يوجد أي مشاكل، لدينا حالة استقرار كاملة، ولكن هذه البلد بلد فرص، من يعمل يكون وضعه جيداً، ومن الممكن أن يتعرض لتعثر مالي يدخله في مشاكل لها علاقة بالتجارة، ولكن هذه حالات فردية.
لا يوجد أي مشاكل مع الفلسطيني كفلسطيني، بالعكس دولة الإمارات الوحيدة التي تدخل الفلسطيني لأرضها بدون أي مشكلة، دول ثانية ممن تتشدق بحقوق الإنسان، وعندما يحاول الفلسطيني الدخول لها لا تعطيه (فيزا) للسفر.
كيف تصف العلاقات الفلسطينية الإماراتية؟
العلاقة بين فلسطين والإمارات علاقة تاريخية، والإمارات لم تتوانَ للحظة عن دعم القضية الفلسطينية، وآخرها مواقفها من ضمن وزراء الخارجية العرب، ومن ضمن الأمم المتحدة، بشكل عام موقف الإمارات واضح.
