تعليمات “مهمة” للمستفيدين من المنحة القطرية 100$
تعلن وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، عن البدء بصرف المنحة الأميرية القطرية للأسر المتعففة، اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 31-03-2020، وحتى الخميس 16-04-2020، وذلك في جميع فروع مكاتب البريد من 8 صباحاً حتى 3 عصراً، أصحاب الوكالات يوم الأحد الموافق 19-04-2020.
حيث ستكون آلية الصرف وفق التالي:
– توزيع أسماء المستفيدين من المنحة أبجدياً، وتوزيعهم على 15 يوماً.
– سيتم تخصيص موعد الصرف لكل مستفيد (تاريخ اليوم- ساعة الصرف)، بالإضافة إلى مكتب البريد.
– سيتم تفعيل الأسماء لكل يوم حسب ساعة الصرف، ولن يتم الصرف لأي مواطن إلا حسب الوقت المحدد له.كما ويرجى الالتزام بالتعليمات التالية:
1. الصرف للمستفيد شخصياً مصطحباً بطاقة الهوية.
2. اصطحاب صورة عن الهوية الشخصية.
3. التوقيع وكتابة رقم الجوال على سند الصرف عدد 2.
4. إحضار قلم شخصي للتوقيع، وينصح بتوفير، وسيلة الوقاية الشخصية كمامة.
5. سيتم تحديد أعداد المستفيدين داخل المكتب، ويرجى الالتزام بتعليمات شرطة حفظ الأمن والنظام.
6. سيتم توفير مواد لتعقيم أيدي المستفيدين قبل الدخول لمكاتب البريد.
7. يتوجب على المستفيد المصاب لديه أعراض الانفلونزا أو يعاني من أمراض الجهاز التنفسي، الاتصال وعدم الحضور لصرف الدفعة على أن يتم الصرف عبر وكالة خاصة في نهاية موعد الصرف.
8. يرجى المحافظة على المسافة بين كل مواطن وآخر، بحيث لا تقل عن واحد ونصف متر، خارج مكتب البريد (طابور الانتظار خارج المكتب).
9. إيقاف آلية التفعيل المسبق للمستفيد.
10. الصرف لأصحاب الوكالات بعد انتهاء عملية الصرف.
