هام بخصوص آخر مستجدات رواتب موظفي “الأونروا”
أكد نائب رئيس اتحاد الموظفين العرب في وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين “الاونروا” عبد العزيز أبو سويرح، أن المؤتمر العام لموظفي الوكالة والاتحاد، يتابعان عن كثب، التبرعات التي تصل للأونروا، خصوصًا ما يتعلق بموضوع رواتب الموظفين.
وأشار أبو سويرح خلال حديث لـ” فلسطين نيوز” إلى، أن إدارة “الأونروا” لم توضح حتى الآن، موعد وآلية صرف رواتب الموظفين، لافتًا إلى، أن الاتحادات في كل الأقاليم ستجتمع الثلاثاء المقبل للخروج برؤية واضحة للإجراءات التي من الممكن اتخاذها في ظل استمرار أزمة الرواتب.
وقال أبو سويرح :”حاليًا نحن بصدد الالتزام بقرارات المؤتمر، في حال كانت نتائج الاجتماع الشروع بفعاليات فسيلتزم بها أكثر من 328 ألف موظف بشكل كامل، وضمن الإطار النقابي المشروع”.
و أضاف أبو سويرح، أن ما يحصل هو سابقة خطيرة لم تحدث منذ نشأة الوكالة الأممية على مدار 72 عامًا من عملها، ولم يتم الاعتداء على رواتب الموظفين وحقوقهم.
ولفت نائب رئيس اتحاد الموظفين العرب إلى، أن إدارة الوكالة تقوم بالتمييز في صرف الرواتب بين الموظفين العرب والأجانب، موضحًا أن الأجانب يتلقون رواتبهم في موعدها دون الشعور بأي خطر.
وأعرب أبو سويرح عن أمله بأن يتم مساواة جميع الموظفين، في وقت تتحدث فيه الإدارة عن أزمة وأن لا يتم المفاضلة بين الموظفين.
