قال المفوض العام لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بغزة، لؤي المدهون، إنه يوجد محاولات لاقتراض من البنوك مبلغًا لصرف دفعة للأسر التي تستفيد من مخصصات الشؤون في الضفة وغزة.
وأوضح المدهون تصريح صحفي يوم الخميس، أنه حتى اللحظة لم تصلهم إلى وصلت الأمور بخصوص إجراءات الاقتراض.
وبين أن الاقتراض يرتبط بعلاقة الحكومة في البنوك، ومدى توفر الأموال لدى البنوك، والفترة الزمنية التي تنوي السلطة تسديد تلك القروض للبنوك، وارتباطها بالموازنة العامة للحكومة.
وأكد المدهون أن وزارة التنمية دورها التدقيق في الملفات والأسماء، أما الصرف قرار حكومي بالتعاون مع وزارة المالية.
